We was made welcome by the staff from start to finish. The bed and room spotless. The breakfast was amazing and it was a great homeley feeling. Iv stayed there a few times and each time as good and welcoming as the first. Plenty of free parking. Close to public transport. Hopefully see you all very soon. Iv rated my stay with you 10/10.

No issues booking or arriving / departing. Only stayed for a week while working in area so in hotel 7pm to 7am. Parking on adjacent street because car park was full, but no real hassle. Breakfast is very late for working people who are bulk of hotel users, so generally missed. Rooms clean and tidy and well serviced.

All I needed for 2 nights over the boardmasters festival. Location was spot on for walking to lusty glaze and beach hopping town to the main town when the tide went out. The staff were really really friendly and welcoming during our stay and I really enjoyed the breakfast. For the price and ease of parking it was perfect for when was needed which was to rock up, sleep, wash and get to the beaches.

Great place to stay. Just a short 15 minute walk into town. Approximately same walking Time to Newquay zoo. Can get busy in the parking spaces. Breakfast is great and quick. Staff are friendly. Clean towels everyday. Buy the meals on the menu well worth the money. They have a bar and lounge and dogs are welcome. It is a bit out dated, but I recommend it. Give it a try

Really nice hotel. Clean rooms. Good value on price. Breakfast was very good! I knocked a star off as I had problems parking my car due to several workman’s vans taking up half the car park!

Lovely clean room, great hot cooked breakfast, (but no choice), we were there at the weekend, very noisy and rowdy, stag party hotel, fighting out side our window late on Saturday night, needless to say did not use the bar area in the evening, would only stay here mid week but don't think we will be back, 25min walk to town, but there is a bus stop near by.

Twinbed booked. Singel bed in the room. Landlady said her administration would settle the refund. 1 month later. Still no refund. Bad Service

A 3 night stay. Absolutely amazing place. Breakfast was perfect and we also had Sunday roast, again brilliant, compliments to the kitchen. Such a friendly environment, real home from home. Location is just a short walk to town which makes for a nice end to the night when walking back after a few drinks... Thank you to all the staff and patrons alike.

This was a Family of 3 staying on a holiday trip for 3 nights. Clean tidy rooms. Rooms a bit small but good for sleep after day of activities. Good service. Shower a bit slow but bath fine on second floor. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. Parking 2/3 days on site and one day on opposite road as full on site parking. They informed beforehand so no issues. Despite pub and restaurant on ground floor, didn’t experience any noise on second floor, on garden side.

The room was well maintained and clean. Nicely decorated and good value for money. However the walls were paper thin. I could hear the man in the next room snoring all night. He then was on the phone about 5.30 for half an hour. Jabbering in a loud foreign accent. The bar was pleasant apart from a large contingent of load men, constantly swearing.

Absolutely lovely people to stay with. Couldn't do enough for me so they couldn't. Modern rooms, great pub and lounge downstairs. Food never left me wanting for more. Ideal location to the surrounding beaches. Margaret is a true lady who defines the word hospitality.

Our stay was fine. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and reasonably quiet. We had bed and breakfast which was tasty and with a reasonable choice of options given it is a budget hotel. There were staff issues the first morning so breakfast was somewhat delayed but staff members who were in worked hard to rectify this. We had drinks in the bar one evening watching the football - again all was fine, with friendly staff available and a selection of drinks.
