The aisles seem a bit narrow with a trolley in tow .. trying to locate some of the bedding (especially duvets) took a fair bit of time as the display ones do not tell you where they actually are.

Avoid at all costs! Clearly do not know how to make a latte or a cappuccino. If you value your tongue, then do not order from here because if the temperature of the coffee doesn’t scold it off, you’ll suffer from fatigue of complaining about how poor the coffee is, and the customer service, if that’s what you can call it. I gave this place another try as thought the first bad experience was just a one off, but as George Michael would say, once bitten twice shy, I should have really taken heed of such advice.

If you like Dunelm stores, this one fits the bill. All the usual stock and a nice cafe. Parking is very good

Thank you to the very helpful young lady who assisted on 14th August. She helped select light fittings for 3 rooms, arranged the delivery and checked with a colleague that we were purchasing correct bulbs. She was very polite, knowledgeable. The lights have finally been delivered by DHL ( not impressed with their service) and installed. Our electrician was impressed that the Dunelm assistant checked the bulbs since they are not easy to acquire. Hope She is on shift when we go back to Dunelm for the next set of lights. Thank you

Went to pick up items that I had ordered on line, click and collect. Was greeted at the door, she took all details from me and asked me to wait. I was only waiting about 2 minutes and I had my items. Great customer service.

I love this store. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Today I went in with a crisis because Dunelm online just weren't being helpful and my items hadn't been delivered by DHL. Dawn was immediately supportive and resolved my issue there and then.

Dunelm is a shop you never get tired of visiting, as it has some really nice things for sale,loads of bedding,curtains,cushions,throws and upstairs is a cafe also kitchenware, carpets, pictures,lighting and many more items

Incredibly disappointing hygiene of the high chairs. Unlikely to have had a proper wipe down and clean for several weeks given the state of them when I visited on a quiet Wednesday lunchtime (8/3/23). The chairs were in a shocking state - I wouldn't expect any parent in their right mind allow their child to sit in one. The chairs were sticky, noticeably dirty and full of old crumbs of food and god knows what else. I attempted to clean one with several disinfectant wipes. I could not believe the amount of grime I picked up with the wipes. Even after my attempt and several wipes later, I couldn't bring myself to put my 5 month old in it - I didn't want him to get sick! Very unexpected for an establishment like Dunelm.

Not a shop I normally go to, but needed some specialist things, and wanted a bit of quality. A huge range of household goods, fairly priced (if slightly above average), but you're paying for quality.

A lovely variety of homeware that won't break the bank, lots of sale stuff and a fantastic cafe. The staff deserve recognition for giving customers such a positive experience.

Great range of products for the home at reasonable prices. In store cafe with great hot and cold snacks. They do a great egg and cress mayo sandwich. The coffee is good too.

Excellent ranges. Not always easy to find for example all the different types of the same thing in store. All the bathroom accessories, all the cake tins as things are scattered around. Nice stylish offerings and good value.

First time here after moving to the area recently. Lots of well priced home décor sections to explore. I picked up a couple of large lamp shades, black out curtains, and a picture frame. Very happy with them all, great quality and the price was right. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They have great knowledge and are willing to spend time to give advice.

Good priced items home items, massive massive range/selections of items, curtains, cushions, fabric, bedroom furniture, rugs, lighting, mirrors, kitchen and dining ware and much much more. Great cafe there too. We can spend hours in there.

Picked out two nice rugs... Asked a member of staff for assistance, who had just had a break, couldn't help for some reason, said she would get someone to help, waited 15 minutes and realised the reason no one was coming was that three of them were huddled in the corner gossiping..... Still looking for new rugs....

A little known fact is that the cafe has more vegan options than you think. A lot of the cakes are vegan, being dairy free myself means I can eat most of the cakes without the fear of a reaction to the milk. They also have lots of cows milk alternatives and don't charge you for using either.

After a technical error with a gift card, the staff here where more than happy to assist with the concern and resolve straight away! Will definitely be back! Even given a free tea while I waited for the new card to be processed! Fantastic customer service in store 👏 Thankyou to the manager and to Connor 👍
