I phoned this vets this morning, as I found a tick on my dog & they offered me an appointment straight away to see the nurse, who was able to remove the tick straight away, The whole team are so caring, helpful & knowledgeable, I have used this vets practice over the years and would not go anywhere else and highly recommend them. A great service from a great friendly team

We were visiting my son for babysitting duties but our dog became extremely ill. Goddards were recommended to us. ALL the staff were really helpful and concerned for us and our dog. Receptionists were approachable, caring and efficient, vets were amazing, unhurried, taking into account our wishes for our dog. The nurses were caring, informative and gave clear instructions for his care. Can't fault them at all!

Fantastic service. Booked our first appointment for a dental assessment for one of our dogs. Great advice, quote on surgery was 60% cheaper than our last vets, and they didn’t bill us for this appointment either. Most importantly, staff were very welcoming and calming for our dog. They’ve lived up to the great reviews from our friends so will be changing to Goddards.

Very caring and approachable staff. Always look out for my dog and give her lots of attention and treats. Pet care itself is applied by some great vets who listen to your concerns and check where needed whilst helping not to waste money on tests that are not required. Great experience and definately go here if you want your dog to looked after how you would want

We booked a same day appointment and was seen instantly, no waiting around! Dr Ralph checked over our cat and was so calming my cat just lay there as if at home. He was even able to have a cuddle! This is our first time at Goddards and can only praise the professionalism, kindness of staff. Will be our go to vet practice.

I cannot praise this Veterinary practice highly enough. Our 15 year old Dog Fudge had come to the end of her life. She needed help to cross the rainbow bridge and we wanted her 10 year old daughter, Emma,to understand. The vet Miteki was wonderful. Full of compassion for Fudge, us and Emma. Thank you so much for the caring way you undertook what was a very upsetting task.

Chalfont St Peter Goddards has always been a great vets to go too. Sue, Ralph, Miteki, Katherine ( Kat) Emma, Clare plus are always caring compassionate and professional. They stand out and I rate them more highly than the Goddards in Northolt which has been ok for emergencies (a few years ago)but not great for a routine scanning procedure. Goddards please take note this is where your level of care should be for both animal and owner.

I would like to thank all the staff at Goddards Veterinary Practice for their kindness and compassion shown when I had to bring our 13 year old cat Layla who sadly had to be put to sleep this week. Layla was seen by Karina who treated Layla with respect and kindness and also gave me time to come to terms with a very difficult decision. The staff have always been helpful and very pleasant to deal with over the last 13 years. Thank you.

I have been using the Goddard in Northolt for years and moved to the Chalfont Goddard few years ago. We have been happy with the service and care provided by the vets up to this point. Yesterday was the first time the kids wanted to visit the vet to see what actually happens. The receptionist and the nurse were very friendly. Unfortunately the veterinarian didn’t even bother to say a hi or until the check up was done for my pet there was not a single interaction with the kids and they were just standing next to me trying to see what was happening . They asked about why is a kennel cough given and there was ni answer from her, I had to explain it to the kids. Even if I leave aside the attitude shown to the kids she was not even friendly with my pet. My dog was very nervous being to the vet and she spent no time trying to calm him. I asked how was my dog doing for his age and the answer provided had no empathy. Really disappointed with the service provided.
