Writing this review after my couple of visits in the last two weeks. Very busy Watford store, young team managing the store. I'm sure the store manager who is very young is brilliant in handling her team. Juliet served us and what a fantastic experience she was fast enough and good handle on the tills and very customer focused. She is very kind enough to listen and support my daughter's ask and made me to thank and write this review. Will visit again...

Very friendly staff and always helpful. Good prices too! Nothing is overly expensive and it's quite affordable. I always go there as everything is of good quality. Highly recommend

Busy store. Can get crowded and it’s very dark in some parts. Clothing range more for the younger generation now. Skimpy tops and skirts don’t look right on middle aged women. Used to shop here all the time but the clothes have gotten boring now. Hardly see people wearing this brand now a days. They don’t seem to have anything new coming. Some old style t shirts and hoodies. Young staff members in store making the products look neat and tidy. Some smile at you if you look at them, a few ask you how you are and if you need help, others avoid customers like the plague. Nice atmosphere in the store however. Music plays in the background. Not too loud or intrusive. Sale products are worth it but cheaper on their actual website with free delivery to stores.

Admonished by a store manager young enough to be my daughter and rude enough not to have gone to charm school. Very underwhelming customer service .Truly their attitude is a constant reminder of the shameful affiliation they have with abercrombie and fitch of yesteryear ( highlighting prejudice against large women by not catering for them and their reluctance to hire customer facing staff from ethnic minorities )!!! Abercrombie and Fitch's past trangressions are alive and well in Hollister Co, Watford!!! I will never shop there again!

Amazing atmosphere, Smell so nice the staff is very helpful and Friendly. On my visit I was served by a beautiful lady, didn’t know her name but she deserve more then a 5 Stars. All the best and keep up the good work and see you on soon.

I was impressed by a young man who greeted us as we walked in. He was very friendly and engaged in conversation. Loved the Pride display, especially the hoodie. Overall a nice store with lots to tempt you!

Never order anything online. Honestly they are worse than a corner shop. You will not get what you order as well as they will deliver in a month. ( if they decide to deliver ) Their online system is an absolute GARBAGE !
