I visited Dr Li in the hope that she could help me with my food allergies that I had had for 17 years. It was my last resort and I was desperate as it was really getting me down not being able to eat anything and nothing else had worked. I never in a million years thought it would work but Dr Li really is incredible. She’s one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met and has literally changed my life. I looked forward to visiting her every week and would recommend her to anyone.

Carol is simply amazing at what she does! She is so knowledgeable and truly dedicated to her patients. I came to her after suffering horrendous shoulder problems (bursitis) for months and months. Within 2 acupuncture sessions the pain had massively decreased, dropping so much so that I felt my old life and opportunities coming back to me. Carol has been amazing! I can’t thank her enough. Me and my partner had to under go ivf treatment to have a baby. Carol has been there every step of the way and her support has been amazing. She makes a cautious effort to really look after you by supporting you mentally and physically. Her treatments on me have been amazing and I can now confirm that I’m happily pregnant without this treatment I honestly don’t think we would have been as successful in our IVF journey. I highly recommend getting this treatment done if you are going through Ivf or having issues conceiving. I first visited Dr Li for acupuncture about a week before starting IVF treatment and she's been nothing short of fantastic from day one. Dr Li has such a warm, kind presence and she is extremely knowledgeable around the area of fertility and IVF. She has provided me with so much guidance and reassurance throughout, it feels like I'm visiting a trusted friend each time. Acupuncture for me has really helped my levels of anxiety through a testing time and I'm very happy with our positive outcome! I highly recommend Dr Li to anyone considering acupuncture, especially for fertility matters.

I have been helped by Carol (Dr Li) twice for my back pain. On both occasions, she soon had me mobile again and I felt thoroughly cared for in a way that you will never receive on the NHS. Thank you Carol. March 2023 update: Carol has been amazing again. Couldn't stand or walk with awful lower back pain caused by a trapped nerve, muscles going into spasm and inflammation. After Doctor and physio not being able to treat me, I was so relieved when Carol recognised and treated me. I was in so much pain which was making me depressed. I will missed the lovely relaxing treatment and lovely Carol. But quite sure I will if I need to be booking in more sessions.

Carol has been then only person to fully understand the issues I have had with my back. Within 2 sessions I now have full movement in my lower back and no pain. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Carol enough. Carol's treatment was a great relief for my hot flushes and related symptoms. It was amazing and results were quick. It was my first time trying acupuncture. I went to see Dr Li (Carol) when I was diagnosed by my GP with Tennis Elbow. I did not want to go down the normal nhs route of steroid injections and then possible surgery if need be, so decided to try acupuncture. I did a google search for acupuncture clinics in my area and luckily for me I found Dr Li's Practice. When I first went along for my consultation, I must admit the interior of the building was a bit tired looking and personally feel it could do with a little bit of TLC, but I did not let that put me off, as I wanted to speak to Dr Li before I made my decision. Whilst talking to Dr Li she came across very friendly and made me feel relaxed and put my mind at ease, Dr Li is fully qualified in both Chinese and Western medicine, I knew I was in the right place to get my Tennis Elbow sorted out. So please anybody looking to try Chinese medicine, DO NOT be put off by the decor, Dr Li in my opinion is an excellent qualified Chinese medical doctor who will care for you and treat you professionally. I had 10 sessions of acupuncture and at the end of each session I was given acupressure which was an added bonus, as it made me feel good and relaxed. Dr Li and her team are all extremely friendly and are all equally qualified in their own field of work. The acupuncture needles administered are all NEW and in sealed packaging, and an extreme hygiene code of practice is used at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Li to my friends and family or anybody who asks me. A very big Thank You Dr Li and your Team for giving me back the use of my arm and now pain free. The care, treatment and expertise I received was worth every penny and would certainly use Dr Li again should the occasion arise. All the best for 2020 and many more years to come. Acupuncture with Carol helped to balance my hormones. We had been trying for a baby for a while with no success. After 1 month of acupuncture, I felt like I had more energy and my hormones seemed to be more balanced. After 5 months, we finally fell pregnant and our dream of having a baby came true! I would highly recommend Carol, she is very supportive and really cares for clients. Her knowledge of acupuncture and how the body works is brilliant. Dr li is a very professional, personable Dr . I went to her after traditional methods had left me without a resolution to my issues , having tried cognative therapies as well I was at a loss and this condition was impacting on my life and career prospects . The course of therapy prescribed by Dr Li was explained to me continuously , she also treated me for other issues I was not so aware of, the outcome for me was quite overwhelming , I had descibed how I felt to a friend as 'I feel as though I am the person again that I thought I had left behind 4 years ago. I’ve been going to dr li (Carol) for the last 5 months she has been helping me with my fertility and trying for a baby, before going to her I failed an iui but it didn’t work so I went to see Carol who has worked wonders on me she has made me feel so relaxed and my stress levels have gone down 100%… She like my angel and to top it all Im pregnant now!! I feel so blessed.. I will continue to work with her through this pregnancy as I truly believe it is working. Carol is a very caring and compassionate practitioner. The fact that she listened intently to my concerns meant a great deal to me as I felt that no one had listened to my concerns when I went through the NHS route which I had found very distressing. I went to see her because I had a series of serious infections and wasn’t happy that I was being repeatedly prescribed antibiotics; since seeing her I’ve not had any further infections.
