What an amazing lady, super helpful and the cleanest every pet shop I've walked in. Every animal looked well cared for and her knowledge was brilliant. I can honestly say I was beyond impressed.

This is where I bought my baby Ziggy. The staff were brilliant. And I'd just like to thank them. He was the little Bearded Dragon with the scar on his nose. He is such a character and gets spoilt rotten. And is totally used to being picked up and now loves cuddles and time with his humans.

Kind staff, clean, well priced, Healthy reptiles well looked after. Have brought 3 snakes there they are healthy and growing great. Frozen rats and mice are priced good.

Cannot recommend this shop enough. Brought my son in who is adhd/austistic and he adores reptiles. He was really excited and couldn’t stop asking question or to get the animals out to see them. Terry couldn’t have been more amazing with my son and not only let him hold and see several animals but was so patient with him. You guys were awesome thank you! Side not all repltiles were very well looked after and their knowledge was second to none

Good knowledge of reptiles and some to purchase. Also offer boarding if you are going away. They don't always have locusts but get regular deliveries.

Fantastic shop! I have been here twice and the staff couldn't be lovelier or more helpful, over the span of two visits they got me set up with a beautiful crested gecko. They have a beautiful range of animals, and everything you could want to look after them. Highly recommended!!

Best place in East Kent for reptiles and their daily needs. Plenty of healthy stock and lots of free advice. Great choice of snakes, lizards, spiders and exotic frogs.

Can't compliment the staff here more. They are always so helpful and go above and beyond to provide what you need or will advise on an alternative. Also very knowledgeable on the animals and products to give the best care.

Having reciently moved to the area this is now my local store. Great range of reptiles and always has fresh stock of live food. Colleagues in this store are really friendly, welcoming and go the extra mile to add a personal touch, my 2 year old daughter gets really excited when we go to the store. A very well deserved 5 star review.

Kerry is a star, super knowledgeable and friendly. She sourced our special request python and all the kit, held my hand during all the first worries and looked after him perfectly while we went on holiday. I couldn't recommend this shop higher.
