Have ordered food from there before and each time it is getting worse and worse, obviously you might not receive a meal exactly how it looks on the picture in the menu but it literally looks like the restaurant is always running out of ingredients. We are paying £3.99 to get the full and thick burrito like shown on the picture but receiving some kid sized nonsense, barely has got anything in it. Great job staff, honestly, don't waste your money.

Shop is quite new and young staff members are adjusting to the new role. The food had good flavours and I'd be interested to come back in a month or so once the staff have had a chance to settle. Some of the combo deals were good value for money. The sauce with churros was very nice and the filling of the beef tacos was also very good! Edit: Ordered again. Much better experience this time around. The chalupa was very tasty filled with flavour. I also enjoyed the crunchwrap supreme.

I would say for a quick and cheap bite this place is perfect. Loved the spicy fries

Given the sites only been open at most 2 years the state of decay it's managed to achieve in such a short time is impressive. Disabled toilet flush handle and cistern cover hanging off. Sink been torn off and reattached with gaps filled with caulk. Decals peeling off all the walls bins overflowing at 6 on a Tuesday with an empty lower level. Weirdly a roll of toilet roll was spotted wedged up in the ducts. All that being said with a calorie count of 1300kcal for a large burrito meal I'd certainly recommend a visit for those embarking on an artic expedition or long sea voyage.

Ordered Crunchwrap with beef, when I got it thought that someone forgot to put beef in it at all! Then found tiny bits of beef in one corner, looks nothing like advertising. Fries really soggy. Very little amount of cheese with nachos. Overall really disappointed not going to order again. Update : ok thought will give it another go, so ordered burrito. expected normal sized burrito that all other restaurants serve, but no, apparently Taco Bell serves kids size burrios lol never ever again.

The food quality is very variable its about 50/50 if you're gonna get a good meal or a mediocre one. It's also about 50/50 if they will miss one or multiple items in your order. The staff are always friendly though which is nice. None of the toilets have working locks except the disabled one. To make this worse the toilets are unisex. So you can have anyone of any gender walking in on you taking a dump. They have fixed the bathroom locks(after about 3 years), however if you're eating there make sure to check the entire order is present prior to leaving the building, and don't bother ordering online as after the tenth or so refund for missing items just eat no longer refund said items.

Cheese sauce wasn’t even half full, literally only given 14 chips. Young manager too busy signing to music in the background.

Couldn't be more disappointed with this place. Despite this being (was) my fav delivery. EVERY SINGLE TIME there have been items missing! Last time was, chips, bottle of juice and the wrong sweet also, caramel sauce x 2. I got in contact with Taco Bell to complain & they passed the buck to Just Eat...my issue is with Taco Bell NOT Just Eat....TACO BELL GET YOUR GREAT NORTHERN ROAD, ABERDEEN site sorted out, you WILL be losing ALOT of customers....

Extremely impressed with Taco Bell, food was delicious & prompt service. Also offers a 15% discount for NHS or Students. The prices were also very cheap & ingredients seemed fresh. Staff members friendly & helpful

I really just wanted to leave a review of how amazing a job Dominik and Crew done last night, I seen so many people being utterly rude and still they gave 100% every time. Dominik at dealing with customers who were less than polite in fact downright rude but stil was being the picture of customer service. The rest of the crew at still giving amazing food despite getting busy and tbh overrun with people.

Terrible experience. The tills were broken so I was stuck using the order screens. The screens were so slow and crash prone that I had to start my order 6 times over, then it crashed when I placed my order without giving me an order number or receipt and the only way I knew my order went through was by checking if my card was charged. When I got my order I found the ice machine wasn't working so I was stuck drinking warm Pepsi then when I sat down to eat I found there was barely any plant protein in my quesadilla and I was basically just eating a folder tortilla with cheese on it. Would have asked for my money back if I actually had a receipt but since the screen didn't give me one I couldn't even do that.

It's ok...its a high St chain...was all very samey imin tge spuce dept..value for money not the best. The day I was there they had a sign up saying 'cash only'.... that felt weird as it was,always 'card only in the past

Dirty place with horrible food that doesn't even begin to resemble tacos. I don't know how they get away with it and why people in Aberdeen put up with such horrible food. Hope they go bust, they deserve it

I was very displeased with this outlet. Churros were like bullets, burrito and crunchwrap were lukewarm. Fries were over salted, and the spicy coating on them tasted awful. The only good thing was the fizzy drink. The staff were quite disinterested too. The service and food quality were far below the minimum levels that are generally acceptable.

I went to tacobell today and ordered from the till because the machines were too busy and the man at the till tried to tell me that they had nothing vegan because the wraps weren’t vegan. when I knew for a fact that they had vegan things because I’d ordered from the machines before. he talk down to me, and I felt genuinely embarrassed to be asking this, even though I knew that he had vegan stuff. Awful experience

Got food delivered, and it was absolutely terrible. The Crunchwrap had almost no filling and the outside of the Gordita crunch tasted (and looked) raw. I asked for hot sauce and of course didn’t get any either.

Foods good no doubt but the quantity for the prize is not worth it. We ordered a large taco expecting an actual large one but it was just the normal sized one that you find in Tesco's. I believe it is better for a grab and go type of situation but not if you want to fill yourself up

It's a big chain so I wasn't expecting much. But I still wanted to try. Portions of meat are ridiculous, sizes are really small, and I was just given churros that were probably cooked 10 min ago (almost cold and cardboard texture). I wanted to try Taco Bell so I've tried. I'll stick with the local Fresh Mex :)

This is a Taco Bell, for a British audience it may be a bit strange but having lived in the states I can say that the experience is similar. Food is a matter of personal taste so I can only go by whether the food was prepared as you would expect it. I know that I don't like the fries as they have too much dust on them but that's what I would expect. The sign in the front of the shop could be a bit cleaner but these guys are busy and the food preparation area is clean and the staff are friendly. What else to say? It's a Taco Bell and it's true to the brand. Go and give it a try for something that isn't a burger and won't cost a fortune.
