My family have been coming here on and off for 10 + years. Never ceases to amaze me how well he fixes the problems generally after just one treatment, I personally have had both acupuncture and cupping (not at the same time), with the amazing massage to end. The results are incredible. Extremely nice person and goes above and beyond to help anyone who needs his services. Much more informative than most doctors and natural remedies compared to constant chemical treatments that the doctors are so quick to prescribe. Can not recommend highly enough.

Dr Han is wonderful and has cured me of so many things!! I went to Dr Han at Acu & Herbs, I had never had acupuncture before, Dr Han was so great! He took a thorough history and asked tons of questions a western doctor would never ask, like what my appetite, energy level and sleeping pattern was like. He answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Dr Han has treated me for Tennis Elbow, Fatigue, Eczema, Back Pain and Facial Rejuvenation over the last few years and in all cases I got better. He real care about health and approached my treatment holistically using acupuncture, herbs and Tui Na massage have really alleviated my lower back pain and tennis elbow. I’m now seeing him regularly for facial rejuvenation acupuncture. The result have surpassed my expectations. Friends n family have been commenting on how nice my skin looks and there has definitely been improvement in the texture and radiance of my skin. The treatment is not at all painful and I actually find it very relaxing. I can’t recommend Dr Han enough, he is intelligent, compassionate and everything else a health care professional should be.

I approached Dr Han for help with infertility following a diagnosis of poly cystic ovary syndrome. We had been trying for a baby for 2 years and were due to start medication with the NHS. I heard acupuncture could help with the process so wanted to maximise our chances and give it a go. I instantly felt at ease with Dr Han, who came across as professional and knowledgeable. I was given both acupuncture and herbs. I quickly noticed a positive difference in how I felt physically and emotionally. Dr Han was very good at explaining how Chinese medicine viewed the symptoms I was experiencing and taught me a lot about what I could do to start to change these myself outside of our sessions. After around 10-12 sessions of acupuncture I got my positive pregnancy test. For anyone thinking of trying Acu & Herb, I cannot recommend Dr Han highly enough. If you’re considering trying acupuncture for infertility reasons, definitely do!

Acu & Herbs In August 2022, aged 67, I suffered a fall and instinctively tried to cushion the impact by using my right arm. Unfortunately this resulted in a severe jarring and instant pain in my shoulder. My initial belief was that time and pain killers would resolve my problem. After several weeks of discomfort and disturbed sleep a visit to a physiotherapist resulted in being handed a printed exercise sheet and a very large elastic band. Although I adhered to these stretches, which, incidentally proved to be painful, I did not notice any significant improvement in my arms mobility, pain or sleep pattern. My daughter, concerned for my well being, suggested, after researching various possible remedies, that I contact Acu & HERBS After suffering for over 7 months I agreed to contact Dr Han. Unbelievable! What an incredible experience. After a thorough fact find by Dr Han regarding my accident, previous health issues and current health status, I spent one hour of treatment that I had never experienced before. Acupuncture, Cupping and direct massage to my arm/shoulder. All of this was undertaken in the most relaxed environment you could ever imagine. Peaceful, soothing, stress free and totally relaxing. My shoulder responded immediately, the pain reduced considerably and undisturbed sleep was such a blessing. Why had it taken me 7 months of unnecessary pain to receive such instant relief? The pain hasn’t completely gone and my arms mobility is still restricted but if the success after one visit is replicated with my next couple of appointments I am confident that my road to recovery will be complete.

Dr Zheng Han is the most competent doctor I have met so far, always kind and willing to help!! I went to the doctor with severe pain in my shoulder muscles. Before that, I will not get any professional help from a GP or in a hospital. Dr. Han correctly diagnosed my disease (Cervical radiculopathy) , and after the first acupuncture and massage I felt a great relief. Next visits made me completely recover. Dr Han is one of the best doctors I have ever gone to. I have been seeing him for a few months and I am very satisfied. He does a new assessment every week before every treatment. He listens very carefully to the patients and is able to make a perfect diagnosis every time. He then adjusts the treatment (acupuncture and herbs) accordingly. I have to say, after trying 3 other Chinese doctors, he is by far the best and I would not choose any other doctor for my complaints. He really works according to the concept and philosophy of Classical Chinese Medicine and does not just treat symptoms. He treats the causes of the diseases, which of course takes time. So please allow a few weeks to months if you want to get well again! There is no quick fix if you really want to get well deeply and for a long time. Thank you Dr Han, you have changed my life. I am leaving this very positive review as i visited Dr Han a couple of months ago with a severe inflamed, itchy , red , sore skin condiition under both armpits and on both hips and a couple of other places which were causing me sever discomfort and stress and I am now pleased to say with Dr Han's continued treatment and adjusting my diet i am well on the way to recovery. My rashes under my armpits have gone, and i am now 90% rash free and feeling so much happier and healthier in myself. Dr Han and his treatment is brilliant. I had been suffering with a bad back for almost two years. I had received physio and chairopracter treatment but nothing worked. Accupuncture was my last resort before an operation. It took a few treatments but I have been pain free for a year now. I would highly reccomend.

Very very pleased with my treatment, I've had chronic back pain for well over 10 years and tried everything, the pain was so bad life didn't seem worthwhile. I’ve recently had several sessions of facial rejuvenation acupuncture and would highly recommend it. I’ve definitely seen an improvement in the texture and firmness of my skin. Dr Han uses lots of very fine needles all over the face which seems a bit scary, but it’s not painful and is actually very relaxing. Once the needles are removed Dr Han gives an amazing facial massage leaving the skin feeling great. This treatment is definitely worth considering as an alternative to botox and fillers. I have been going to Dr. Han now for many years for Acupuncture. I first went as I was suffering badly from anxiety and was struggling to function properly and felt permanently sick. I began to feel better even after the first session and so have continued to go for treatment every few weeks to keep stable. I’ve been to Zheng about 5 times now and really feel he is an expert in what he does, I don’t live in the area but we’ll worth travelling, every time my treatment is tailored to my needs with the acupuncture and cupping/ massage from a thorough & efficient consultation where he checks pulse and looks at your tongue etc. It has greatly helped with my overall health and well-being. My daughter was prescribed some herbal pills for a nasty unexplained rash on her hand, and her hand was almost healed 2 weeks later. Han is the best chinese medicine doctor I ever met He has helped me in many different situations in last few years:. For egzample: after a bike incident when my hip was seriously hit and I was really struggling to walk: only four sessions were enough for me to get bk on my feet. Any problems caused by stress or hormonal problems are greatly resolved by Han. I find Han very professional and caring. Room for acupuncture is always warm and nice.. He also has helped my husband and is helping him now. Me and my husband do travel from Leeds to Keighley as every session is worth it. I highly reccomend that doctor.
