I booked in with Jacqui for the HIFU treatment, firstly Jacqui is so friendly and professional, she makes you feel at ease and welcome. The treatment was to lift my neck and jowls, tighten the skin too, I wont lie the treatment is a touch uncomfortable but bearable, no pain no gain as they say. Well i have to say it was worth it, first treatment saw a slight improvement when Jacqui had finished, however, the following morning i could really tell the difference, im now looking forward to the second treatment in September.

Jacqui makes you feel so at ease, very knowledgeable regarding all treatments she provides. Very honest to the point she will discourage treatments if she thinks not needed. Highly recommend.

What a fabulous experience! Jacqui was friendly and put me at ease. Previous Botox treatments in other salons were painful and the area had to be numbed - not with Jacqui. Jacqui was recommended to me about 3 years ago and I am so pleased to have found her. She is a professionally qualified nurse and she really tailors your treatment to your skin, offering suggestions and solutions. For instance I have a very sensitive skin prone to redness and lacking moisture. Jacqui recommended Obagi products for me which last for ages and have made a real difference. My face has also benefitted from the Profilo treatment again to add moisture and to be honest it just feels to brighten the skin up. I first went really just for my frown lines doing between the eyes, these are always fine after a visit, but I have very much felt the specialist advice given by Jacqui has been great. She is very warm and welcoming and has a lovely little treatment salon. She goes the extra mile and I would definitely recommend her.

I have almost completed a course of B12 injections. I have really noticed a big improvement in my energy levels. I had crushing fatigue at the beginning of treatment, I am now feeling much more energetic and my concentration is better. I am so happy to travel from Ilkley to Silsden to see Jacqui.
