What a great shop! I am vegan and found a well-chosen and impressive range of vegan foods and deli products including Tyne and Nutcrafter cheeses, Veganaise dressing, One Planet pizzas - vegan pizzas which actually have vegan cheese on instead of just no cheese! Ice creams, Tofurky and VBites slices, Sgaia mheats and lots of frozen things. Also several choices of vegan pasties, both hot and cold, cakes, and lots of good vegan toiletry and body care, plus plenty of vegan groceries. Aaaaand a good selection of gorgeous organic fruit and veg! They even do take out or sit-in filled rolls and sandwiches, with loads of vegan choice. Just a fantastic shop to visit if you're vegan. So refreshing to find such a wide range of really good vegan food products. There is too a lovely selection of organic and small-producer dairy products.

I visited Haworth in February and was thrilled to find Haworth Wholefoods with a wide variety of well priced vegan food, including the marvellous hot vegan cheese/jalapeno and curry pasties...the best ever! Sally the owner/manager was welcoming, helpful and considerate, chatting to me while I enjoyed tea and a home-baked flapjack in the window seat. Without her and her amazing treasure of a shop my visit would have been nowhere near as pleasant - in fact i wouldn't have found anything to eat at all! i would sincerely recommend Haworth wholefoods to anybody, be they vegan or not, both for the friendly service and the excellent range of fresh, home-cooked and pre-packaged items, including supplements and cosmetic/beauty items as well as non-dairy chocolate. I hope to return before too long - meanwhile, TOP MARKS to this outstanding emporium of cruelty-free delights! Poppy

Amazing vegan chickpea pasty and delicious cookies. The pasty was still hot and the cookie had the right amount of sweetness. They have a huge selection of vegan goodies including chilled and frozen items. I wish I had something like this closer to home. Would definitely recommend to any fellow vegan visiting Haworth!

I only bought a vegan pasty (I think it was called a Pennine pasty) but had to leave a review as it was one of the tastiest things I have ever eaten. My family bought other things here and were equally pleased. Nice staff. Very nice pasty. Wish I'd bought two instead of going over the road for chips. Edit: have now returned and tried the vegan cheese and jalapeno pasty and the mince n onion pasty and though the Pennine is my favourite the others are tasty too. I normally hate vegan cheese but it works here.

We heard about this establishment from other shop owners in Haworth and what a wonderful shop it is! A very well stocked establishment selling a wide range of eco friendly / vegetarian / vegan / wholefood goods! It's a very long time since we've visited such a well stocked shop. It was great to be able to be purchase two of our favourite goods from mainland Europe - Dutch ginger cake and Spanish Tortas de Alemendras, both well worth purchasing when you visit! The local honey is a great purchase too! The owner is charming and it was great talking to him about some of the products he had for sale. If you are wanting cleaning products/ detergents etc then don't forget to take your own bottles etc that the shop is happy to fill. Can highly recommend this shop to others and great that the owner has ramped the stepped entrance for those less mobile . 👍🙂

They sell a range of eco, organic and vegan groceries, hygiene and cleaning products. They also sell fresh bread, pasties and cakes which most are vegan. The pasties always taste great and the cakes are mouthwatering.

This is a very friendly, well stocked local health food shop. Not the cheapest place to shop but definitely ethical. The pasties are brilliant. Bread is bought in from a local artisan-style baker and can vary in taste. Fruit and veg are organic, and sometimes not the best tasting, but mostly OK. An asset to the village and worthy of support and well as a nice place to shop.
