Friendly helpful staff and a range of services on offer. However, the prices are too high. £25 for a replacement house key is too much I feel (especially after finding out other businesses charge as little as half that price)

The lad who works at the Pontefract store does all he can to help his customers. When I phoned to query having a key programmed he advised me not to try it before being programmed as it could immobilise the car. I had a key programmed & it works perfectly Top Service and should the need arise again I will be sure to use him again.

Absolutely brilliant for getting lots done in 1 place. The manager chap knew so much about my watch being solar powered got watch photos and my boots heeled whilst I waited. So convenient in entrance to Morrisons I'd walked past it loads and never noticed it before. They do alsorts of photo gifts and scanning too will be back there soon.

Went in to get my favourite watch’s strap replaced. Guy behind the counter was really friendly and super helpful. Even fitted the strap for me there and then. Couldn’t ask for more!

Hired a Rug Doctor Vacuum and from start of the purchase to the end the service was outstanding. Went out of his way to welcome me, showed me how it worked, advice and helpfulness was excellent. He certainly knows how to treat his customers and wish there was more like him. Definitely recommend Rug Doctor and more so using this business.

5 attempts to catch an assistant that is actually trained to take passport photos after the first one wasn't accepted on the online application due to a lighting issue. Still haven't caught one, why offer a service then not train your staff to supply that service... baffling. Also our nearest timpsons is a 40 min round trip so that times 5 is alot of wasted time and fuel. They don't answer their phone either when you try to find out who's there

Often think of this type of shop as ‘boring’ but… NO WAY was this particular shop boring at all. The young guy was very pleasant and knowledgeable, I could have spoken with him all day. What a lovely surprise, have a couple more items to have dry cleaned and will certainly be taking them to this shop

Following recent ankle surgery I have been unable to wear my normal footwear due to constant swelling. I took two left walking boots into Timpsons and Matty was able to adapt and alter them so that I can now get out and about on occasions without my protective boot. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend Timpsons in Morrisons, Pontefract. Thank you..
