us
visited
this
shop
yesterday.
Me,
my
mother,
father
and
grandmother.
We
came
from
Poole,
especially
as
we
had
all
been
wanting
to
visit
for
a
long
time.
Unfortunately,
we
left
without
buying
anything
as
a
member
of
our
party
was
repeatedly
followed
around
the
store
by
a
member
of
staff
which
made
us
all
feel
extremely
uncomfortable.
The
staff
were
unfriendly
and
made
us
all
feel
on
edge.
Such
a
shame
as
we
visited
to
purchase
a
large
piece
of
amethyst
for
my
mother's
birthday.
I
had
messaged
their
Facebook
page
earlier
that
day
to
ask
about
opening
times
and
received
a
message
back
later
that
afternoon
confirming
the
times.
I
replied
with
what
had
happened
and
how
disappointed
we
all
were
and
was
ignored.
We
later
found
a
lovely
crystal
shop
just
down
the
road
called
-
Baan
57
-
Crystals,
Incense,
Aromatherapy,
Gifts
and
more.
Which
had
lovely
staff
and
a
much
better
selection
of
things
😊.
I
would
recommend
giving
Fossil
Beach
a
miss
and
heading
straight
there
instead.
In
response
to
your
reply.
I
do
not
understand
how
you
can
say
we
were
not
followed
if
you
were
not
in
the
shop.
I
also
do
not
understand
what
we
would
gain
from
leaving
such
a
review
if
my
statement
was
untrue.
Having
read
a
few
of
your
replies
on
here
to
other
people
who
have
had
the
same
treatment
by
your
staff,
it
seems
you
have
the
same
dismissive
attitude
with
them
too.
Such
a
shame
as
the
shop
could
have
real
potential
if
staffed
with
decent
people.
Anyway,
we
made
our
purchases
down
the
road
which
was
a
much
nicer
shop
with
nicer
people.
We
will
just
have
to
agree
to
disagree.

what
our

like
so
I
don't
understand
how
that's
possible.
As
I
said
before,
all
your
previous
replies
to
past
customers
who
have
had
the
same
issues
with
your
staff
have
been
the
same
as
what
I
got.
Dismissive,
rude
and
unprofessional.
No
wonder
your
staff
are
the
way
they
are.
No
need
for
another
reply.
