A couple of months ago I took into Gladstones a selection of my gold rings and earrings and some gold and silver charms , I was told £200 which I thought was reasonable and chose a ring which cost me another £200. I took it back because one of the diamonds was crooked and paid an additional £250 for another ring which I took back because the claws were very sharp and snagged on everything, paid an additional £200 for another ring and I realised that I had paid £850 for a ring that was at least £200 more than it was worth, so I was given £100 back and ended up with a different ring which although nice is 9ct diamond cluster which I still believe is not worth £750!!

Super helpful, really nice, helped me get a bespoke present at short notice and in time for Christmas- said they would phone to keep me updated and Jonah did - thoroughly recommended (and friendly, funny and good value) - top experience 😁

Great friendly helpful business. I visited Gladstones today as my daughter wanted to wear this watch and bracelet set to her leavers prom next week. She wanted a couple of links taken out of the watch and one from the bracelet. They very graciously removed the links while we waited even though the pins were extremely tiny and quite challenging. I am very happy with the attentive service we received when visiting this independent family run business and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.

Lots of different styles of high quality jewellery and high end watch brands, mainly pre-owned but properly good stuff. Polite knowledgeable and helpful staff, owner in quite a lot and really willing to advise and assist.

I’ve lived in Weymouth for some time now and have had several opportunities to visit Gladstone Jewellers. All the staff are very knowledgeable about their products and services, extremely helpful and endlessly enthusiastic. I’ve had watches and jewellery repaired, and some rings remodelled. I’m currently researching the purchase of a second hand watch and have had Gladstones independently recommended as a stockist of genuine Rolex. Top class service. An absolute gem of a business. Gladstones has been amazing jewellers just not for myself, but also for other family members of mine. Me and my grandad got my ring from there for my 21st birthday which I wear everyday. They were so patient and helpful. My grandma as well would like to say a massive thank you for the ring that was altered and engraved on that was once my grandads. It means so much to her and to us as a family after losing my dear grandad two months ago. Thank you for your support and being the jewellers we will always go to. Couldn’t recommend anyone better

Popped in to Gladstones due to my watch having steamed up when swimming. The staff in their were extremely helpful and told me to leave it with them, only 2 days later i got a call to say it was ready. I have just picked it up am am extremely pleased, it looks like new and some of the scratches have even been removed for me. I was very impressed with the service and the price, Highly recommended and i will be using again.

I popped in to have my gold necklace repaired, assuming it would be sent away or a least kept for a couple of days. But they repaired it on the spot for no charge! I was absolutely delighted. My late father used to visit the shop whenever he was I the town and always spoke highly of them as indeed shall I in the future.

I’m quite far from Weymouth but knew I had a good shop the minute I walked in. Had a free quote to fix my Rolex and went ahead with the repair after a great quote. What a gem of a shop. Lovely staff. Very accommodating. Had a ring that was misshapen, walked in and asked about my ring, could it be reshaped back to a " ring shape". It was reshaped there and then. The gentleman I found very personable and will definitely revisit. Thankyou

Smart shop with outstanding staff. They fixed my necklace incredibly quickly even though the shop was closed. I offered to come back another day when it was open but they said it was no bother to assist me. Very generous and caring. Shall absolutely recommend.

Delt with a very profesional gentleman, I presumed was the owner, my old chain was in poor condition and not what I expected (Hatton garden purchase), he gave me a great trade in price and helped me with a very individual product. I walked in needing a watch battery. I immediately received Excellent customer service! The process was quick, efficient, and economical. If you’re in the area and you need a jeweler I highly recommend this place!

After phoning a couple of jewelers and asking about getting my wedding band fixed that was bent at work. After explaining it was palladium was told they wouldn’t be able to fix it. I took it into the Gladstones store and spoke to a very kind lady behind the counter. She took my egg shaped ring and within minutes it was like new again. Once I asked her how much I owed her she told me nothing. Nice to see that there is still nice people in this world. Thanks again. Next time I want something jewelry related I will be going to gladstones.
