Done nothing to help me move when my current accommodation isn't acceptable for my health needs. Honestly they have made me so poorly with the stress I rather be homeless than deal with people so heartless.

Staff are helpful and polite in the office but getting them to do any work from phoning up is impossible. I waited over 18 month for repairs, still waiting for another issue with mould to be addressed and that is 2 years old that issue... They are quick to charge the rent but don't complete tasks when needed. Had new bathroom fitted months ago, still waiting for them to finish and come back, they even left blood on the wall, wall paper hanging off. Not impressed. Rather costly for rent. You can get a 3 bed house for the same price that these charge for a 2 bed flat with mould and nosey neighbours who can't park a car for toffee... Some residents in our area use the car park and park 5 vehicles in it reserving spaces for family and deliberately block you in.

Reported damp issues and black mould in the bathroom and dinning room in February still nothing surly this is a health issue 😡😡😡

Reported in February 2017 over intercom..Its a trades button no one should be in communal area at 1am in a morning..There are supposed to be intercoms so people can let who they want in..It took someone to stab me nearly murder me for them to come out n fix the intercom on 2nd October 2017. Now they are trying to say there negligence had nothing to do with it..What annoys me it took 5 mins to fix the timer yet 8 month to get it fixed. They also say there negligence had no impact on me n never got a apology see you in court Castle & Coastes..Was Derwent n Solway..!!

Cs staff very nice and will do their best best to help but from there might as well give up I have.I fixed draught on door that workman couldn't I applied for permission to install outside tap in.april2023 still waiting for yes or no it's now mid June I will need this in writing. I'm not.expecting even a reply I'll just have to keep using bathroom tap for hose and let water spray all.over bathroom floor.and walls I've always kept my front flags clean and patio but now at 78years it's getting harder .I ONLY.NEED A REPLY Thankyou.

Properties are well maintained. Staff are fab, always ready to help. Couldnt be happier.

Some staff not very helpful, some fantastic... its like a pick n mix really... You either get nice or cruel tbh.

Smooth process when wanting to talk with them, reporting repairs etc is really easy and straight forward.
