We have tried this restaurant (Broughton Shopping Park) a couple of times and every single time something has gone wrong with our order. From forgetting our main and sauces, giving us the wrong doughnuts and messing up our orders. On one visit we ordered a plain chicken burger and a standard beef burger. They gave us two chicken burgers with everything on. All of these occurrences happened on separate trips. We have had not one visit where everything was done properly first time. The service is slow and when I have approached the desk to ask for our order to be corrected, the staff will acknowledge me then ignore me for 5 more minutes. The food is mediocre and predominately served cold. On our most recent visit (24/08/2022) my sisters main was missing and as we were eating ice fell from the roof! We gathered this was due to broken air con but the area which was affected wasn’t even cornered off. I’ll give it to them, there was a “Cleaning in Progress” sign which is to just cover their backs if someone was to injure themselves because of the puddles on the floor. None of the staff members seemed phased by the falling ice and there were no buckets collecting the ice. There was puddles in the walk ways and about two - three tables affected. All the other tables were dirty too. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Came here and got a Beef burger and a Vegetarian burger both of them tasted vile. We got 2 iced Frappes that turned up warm with no ice, so asked for other drinks got two Maple Lattes that tasted like milky water. The guy who serves the food had no professionalism by the way they acted and spoke to customers, very unorganised. Excited to come here for ages and drove miles, and was a complete let down 🤢😔

Tim Horton service is good and Fast. Quality of food is good. Spacious parking and seating. Need some more innovative Vegetarian or Vegan stuff. Meal deals are very good. Breakfast and evening meals have special offers so worth checking.

Portion sizes where too small for the uk not what we are used too, coffee was the worst I have ever had, more water than coffee. Dohnut was OK nowt special. Not impressed at all.

Such a pity!! The venue is lovely but the menu is stale, antiquated and lacking love. Staff need a Jack up too - very apathetic and need some “PR” training. Expensive doughnuts which don’t come close to Krispy..awful.

Shockingly bad. Waited 10 minutes for a tuna wrap meal and burger meal and there was nobody else being served before us. Okay, it was being prepared from fresh, so we let it slide and went to sit down in the restaurant which had 3 other diners in it. ALL of the tables were dirty as were the seats. The bins were overflowing and there were discarded food boxes left on a couple of tables. The place was dead so there was no excuse for letting the front of house slip so badly. The 'freshly prepared food' was cold!! How does a freshly cooked burger get served cold??? Staff were friendly enough. Clearly the Management needs a good kick up the backside or perhaps handing their P45. Would never eat there again and wouldn't recommend it either!!

Horrible place to eat. Been there twice in the last 2 days as it is conveniently close to my work. I ordered the most disgusting breakfast wrap I have ever had yesterday and they also coated the entire bag in sweet chilli sauce. Today I ordered a burger which was barely wrapped up and cold. The chicken tenders were stale and I received no sauce and had to go back in. The white hot chocolate which I have had from another Tim Hortons before (which is normally lovely) Tasted disgusting from here and was basically just water. The people whom served me at the drive through was not only rude but belittling and tried talking down to me. Very very disappointed with my meal and do not advise anyone to go there. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR ALL ROUND!

I must have made a mistake choosing the drive thru . Most people seem to eat inside . For me the “ eat in your car “ doesn’t work . Unlike your competitor across the road . I was the only person in the drive thru . I place my order of double cheese burger fries and strawberry milkshake . I was given my drink and had a very long wait for the rest of the order . No paper serviette . No receipt . The chips were dry and rubbery . Lacked flavour except a syrup or smoked wood taste ? Not sure . The Burger was ok but not yummy . The drink was nice . The staff were very courteous and smartly presented . Overall very disappointing . I didn’t enjoy any of it . I’m sorry .

Shame the service is so slow as the food and drink is great. The place just feels a bit poorly equipped for busy times. Having to wait 40 mins to get some food was too long. Under staffed and not enough ovens to accommodate for the busy periods

The food was ok. Had high expectations. I ordered a chicken wrap meal and it was quite bland and the portion was small for a wrap. Waffle fries weren't crispy. Also ordered a chocolate milkshake, it was too sweet and very watery. I wasn't full and satisfied with my meal. Made me consider going across the road to the golden arches instead because of the quality of the food. But didn't want to spend anymore money on food because we paid £30 here. We sat in to eat and it was very quiet inside. Nevertheless, customer service was great. A staff member gave us a free box of donuts which was nice of him.

Recommended my family to come here after last time I had a tuna wrap and really enjoyed it. For some reason they don’t sell tuna anymore and the woman wouldn’t tell me why. My family had an awful meal here, the chips tasted like they’d been there since yesterday were all hard and not even hot. Cheese toasties tasted cheap and definitely can get nicer ones in a supermarket. Got a caramel frappe that tasted like liquid sugar. Awful really was a waste of money. Never seen it busy in there and I think that shows a lot. Will never bother returning.

Bad attitude on server when I went to pay cash, got totally offended. We should be able to have a choice how we pay. We don't live in a dictatorship!!! Servers need training in customer service and not be offended! Definitely will not be returning.

Good value breakfast, nice coffee. You're paying for the brand. It would be nice if they use maple syrup on pancakes instead of golden syrup, misleading on the menu. If you like sweet donuts, this is for you.

Breakfast is terrible. Can’t speak for the main menu but I won’t be going back to try it. Feels like plastic and the brown sauce is so sweet it hides any potential flavour the food may have. One to avoid! Service was fine. No complaints for the staff.

Nice place. Wonderful Environment. Food was really delicious. And the staff was very humble. I would like to recommend this place to all.

1st time visiting Tim Hortons and wow we were disappointed! Myself and my mum and dad,ordered our food and my dad's tea turned up cold,we sent it back and it came back darker in colour and stewed,the guy said he had brewed a fresh cup,it was the same cup just re heated, tasted disgusting, dad took 1 sip and left the entire cup,our lattice fries were near enough cold,my triple burger tasted like a cheap microwave burger looked nothing like the photos,my mum had a cheese melt,what should of been toasty was soggy,and like the other food very greasy,we had the choice of mcdonald's,frankie and bennys a pub or here,I'd never been before thought it looked good,NEVER EVER AGAIN! well and truly disappointed.

No receipt paper in the machine. No receipt given as a result. Floors and tables dirty. South fried chicken in a child's chicken burger... not eaten too spicy. No lettuce on any of the burgers. Burger meat is low quality, like you might get in a burger van from the 90s. Will not be coming again. Mcdonalds is cheaper and better quality.

Great service, friendly staff, and delicious food. Nice to have something a bit different as well!

The place was easy to find and with online ordering it was simple to order food. However, it took a long time for the food to be prepared as the staff were focused on the drive through customs. Once we got our order the food was good but they did manage to miss out the sources. I noticed this was the case with the next three customers. Tables were not cleaned after customers with litter on several tables and the toilets were dirty with paper on the floor. On more than one occasion serving staff were seen putting food on another staff's head. One member of staff also was offering free donuts if you gave a 5 star Google review. This looked as if it was working as several customers were given free gifts.

Slow service. Quiet, clean, good place to meet for a quiet or private chat. Expensive in comparison to other fast food restaurants. Decor and furniture very nice. Much classier than golden arches.

Dirty tables and overflowing bins while the place wasn't busy, is it understaffed? Not a great first impression. The food was just about OK, but not great by any means. I know fast food in this country is average at best but to compete with Mc's and BK you have to start doing better.

Absolutely love this place. Always get the best service from Vikrant who is polite, kind and always go extra mile to give us great customer service. I love Starbucks but bcs of good service me and my family always come here to get coffee and donuts. Happy customer. highly recommended. Thank you 😊

Manager came over to me after I purchased a drink and was waiting.. Offered a freebie donut for a good review. I agreed.. the service was OK at the place but the free donut for this was directly from the donuts anyone else would receive. It was dry and amazingly sucky and for a high price point. The drink was amazing though. But still kinda sketchy

We stopped here on our way for a holiday. It was halfway and we have a store local to where we live. Upon entering we were ignored by staff. Secret shoppers would have a field day in this place. The food was outstanding as always but at no point did anyone make any eye contact or appear welcoming. We will not be returning.

Tried it for the first time today. Sorry Tim Horton but I definitely won't be returning. The self service computer system allowed me to order items that were not in stock. Some of the chicken was super tough and some was soft but a little on the cold side. My biggest shock was watching the staff stuffing the lattice fries into the boxes with their bare hands. No gloves/ tongs or clever utensils like other outlets.

The Food is delicious! The team were very quick and friendly especially Vikrant!!
