I was looking for a Ford Ranger. Found one I was interested in here. I had good initial contact with the sales rep, except that he kept trying to convince me to sign up to lease a new one, which I was pretty clear that wouldn't work for me. Over the next few days I decided I would go for the used one I had spotted there. I phoned three times to get the sales rep to call me back about it, but never got a response. In that time i found another vehicle and ended up buying that (almost £30k). Their loss. However I thought i'd still use them for service......What a mistake!! Every single time i have dealt with this garage they have had an arrogant attitude. The last straw was when I asked for a call back regarding them charging money for a 'courtesy' vehicle while mine goes in for warranty recall work. Surprise surprise I get no call back at all. Well, I'm now using another Ford dealer and I won't ever bother you again with my inconvenient custom. It surprises me how some customer service companies remain in business.

From the start I was extremely happy to have ordered from Allen Ford. It was a pleasure to meet Richard Bignell, a wonderful man, a professional man with a lot of skills. He gave me a perfect description and made me understand what a choice means. It turned out to be a very good choice. I was impressed with the involvement, the Video presentation, the team, everything Allen Ford is all about. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone who wants to buy a car from Allen Ford . Went in for assistance and information. Rhough not in a financial position to purchase from them, the sales people were extremely helpful, answering all my questions about registration and insurance. If buying a new or second hand car, I would recommend this business.
