Lyana is a godsend for my body. As a massage therapist I need to have regular chiropractic sessions to keep me pain free, she has also reduced the amount of migraines I suffer too. I highly recommend Lyana!

I'm been seeing Lyana for the last 6 months - and the results have been fantastic. I've been able to get back to long distance running - i ran 30km last week, previously anything more than 5km would give me stiff back and pain. She's also helped with digestion issues. I found Lyana's details after searching online. I was desperate for help after suffering for 8 months with an extremely painful frozen/freezing shoulder and an ever decreasing range of movement in that joint. I had never had chiropractic treatment before and was a little nervous but Lyana quickly put me at ease but also explained that it wasn't something with a "quick fix" solution either. I had a series of very regular adjustments with her, and some exercises which she gave me, all of which I am sure prevented even further loss of mobility and, thankfully, then got me back to my previous movement range (a huge relief.) My shoulder is essentially fine now but I continue to see Lyana for maintenance adjustments (I am hunched over a laptop for a lot of my working day) as I really feel the benefit of them. I would highly recommend her.
