Really happy with the service sorting out my new bike through the cyclescheme. The bike I ordered came in quickly and got help from Andy to pick everything I needed. Just been to pick it up and all staff are so helpful. I'm not sure of his name but thank you to the guy that built my bike too and showed me the lights again! Cheers guys.

Great shopping experience, I highly recommend it. The staff is really helpful, really keen on giving their advice on purchasing any item. On my last purchase I had a tremendous help from Mateo the most wonderful person on Decathlon Cambridge. Without his help I think I couldn't have concluded my purchase using the UK cyclyto work scheme. Which is somewhat complex when items you want to purchase have to be requested to Decathlon HQs. I would also like to specifically thanks James and the rest of the bike's technical personnel. My gratitude goes to them helping me many many times in the last three years. Decathlon worldwide is a great company with great cost effective products not very highly appreciated here in the UK. I hope this review helps change things and is true that Decathlon Is not as affordable as it used to be but this is also due to the increase in the UK cost of living.

Great shopping experience, it's located on the ground floor of The Grafton Centre. I bought 2 items with pleasure. Happy with the products and price. You can also recycle batteries, clothes, and shoes at Decathlon here.

Took my bike in as pedal had fallen off. Was served immediately by David. He replaced both the pedal crank arm bolts and handlebar end cap free of charge. Amazingly generous and efficient service.

Locked my bike up near the Grafton, went to unlock it and the key had snapped in the lock. I went into Decathlon and asked if they could help me, and they straightaway came out and cut the lock for me, at no cost too. They were so nice and friendly, thank you for your help! :)

We had a broken tent pole from a tent we didn't purchase from Decathlon. But even then we were served super friendly every time and Robert made the repair possible within a few days! Fantastic, thank you so much we are more then happy and satisfied about you, your job and the amazing service!

What a great bike service! David was my mechanic and he did a great job! The staff in general was very friendly and helpful. I came with loose brakes on Saturday afternoon and they were fixed within a few hours. Both mechanics were very busy that day so I was really happy they could fix it straight away. The bike service is on the top floor of the shop but don't worry there is a lift, so you can use it to take your bike upstairs. I could not carry it myself.

Every member of staff in this shop was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They were all friendly and kind. We bought a bike for my son and they took time to explain everything thoroughly. They ordered one in for us and assembled it quickly. Fantastic service.

This store is located inside the Grafton center, it has a wide range of sport equipment and clothing. We bought a sweater for our daughter in less than 10 pounds and there were a lot of offers at the moment. You can also find bikes in here as well as tennis, racquetball and other sports.

After being shown the BTWIN 900 for an extended test ride around the shop just after Christmas the quality of assistance was excellent and all our questions answered so well worth the trip to a Grafton Centre that was much smarter than I remember. Parking turned out reasonably too for one hour approximately. So have ordered the bike from the website today to pick up locally. Thank you for all the expert help.

The bike workshop here always has good service, most recently from Alex who helped me choose an electric bike. He gave lots of good advice and later fitted all the bike accessories for free (and carried the bike up and down the stairs for me, much appreciated!) The products are reliable and very good value.

I brought my bike for an emergency repair. Courtney did a brilliant job on it. The service was really friendly, really well done and extremely reasonable.

I have been several times at Decthalon Cambridge to buy my bicycle, kayak and some polo stuff. I received great hospitality by Antonio, Ana Canteiro and few others. These staff are very helpful and friendly!

The place is good and the staff was nice. There was a small issue on the 1st floor on the changing room which had the lock broken. Fortunately at the time of the visit, close to the closing time, the shop was almost empty and I could try the clothes undisturbed however if the shop was more busy I would have needed to wait for the only other available changing room to be free.

Andy at Decathlon in Cambridge is a legend. Sorted me right out on the spot for a very specific key part of my helmet which had been lost and I'd been struggling to replace for some time. Andy provided a 5 star experience - really appreciate it my dude - but one of this colleagues implied nothing could be done when I originally asked them, when clearly there was something to be done, and so 4 stars for Decathlon overall. But Andy, mate, 11/10 legend. Thank you!

Bought an electric bike here today, Which? Mag highly rated. Tom was first rate, knowledgeable, pleasant and not pushy. If the bike is similar standard I'll be very pleased.

I had the most amazing shopping experience, I highly recommend it. I was looking for long time for trailer and a shop that would assemble and mount it quickly. Alex was super helpful and found all the bike equipment I needed in lightning speed. Surprisingly, the mounting was for free. James finished the bike in like 30 min and even adjusted my breaks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable 👍

I acquired my very first bicycle today at Decathlon, and I must say, their staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They allowed me to test several bikes in the store, which turned out to be a valuable experience, as I ended up changing my initial choice after trying them all. I received valuable assistance from Alex, who helped me assemble the bike, making the whole process much smoother.

I've been a regular at the bike section for several months, frequently visiting for a range of needs including purchasing a new bike, conducting safety checks, and resolving various concerns. Each visit, Alex has been incredibly helpful, offering quick service and valuable advice. Kudos to him!
