Really well done up. Compared to the old facility's this is like night and day. The metal statue of Finn McCool looks very well and it illustrates the legend perfectly. There is ample tables and seating for some alfresco coffee and scones, if thats your desire. Do go see. Also if you feel flush there's a posh nosh restaurant as well as the downstairs or floor level cafe/takeaway.

Brilliant place to spend the day. It's a great central location for seeing Antrim town, Lough Neagh, Rea's wood, Six Mile Water, Clotworthy House and the Castle gardens. There's plenty of parking, a play park, places to eat and toilet facilities.

Its beautiful here and stunning views but to buy drinks and food I think it's expensive. Great place to go for a lovely walk and the golf course is right beside it.

Antrim Lough Shore provides very pleasant view of the Lough and also offers a short river side walk into the Castle Grounds. The Castle Grounds comprises woodland areas, formal gardens, and amenities such as cafes etc. Perhaps not as well known the Lough also provides access to the Rea's Wood walk, which provides unique views of the Lough against the backdrop of a woodland area.

Considerable number of free car parking spaces beside the Lough Neagh at Antrim forum, with scenic views and cafe facilities at hand. Lots of small sea craft ( sailing & jet-ski ) enjoying the estuary into the fresh water Lough. Wild ducks, swans and other natural wildlife can be observed at this child friendly location. Relaxed, safe environment for all age groups. To be recommended ....

Very nice for a walk. Be careful of poisonous algae around reas woods area on the shoreline, keep dogs and kids out of the water. Good park for the kids and a lovely cafe and restaurant. Recommended.
