Really disspointing service from the store staff, in particular the lady who was working upstairs in the clothing section - she had a serious attitude problem. She greeted me with "have you got an appointment?" Even though there was only myself and two others in the store. I ended up leaving without buying anything and went elsewhere. Won't be back.

Terrible experience. In the past i purchased 2 motorcycle jackets for over £400 with no problems. Wanted to buy other stuff, Tried it ,didn't fit so i didn't buy it. Today we went to try possible buy Hoodie and i was told ,that i have to pay £10 to tried on. If it doesn't fit or i don't like it . I don't get money back but £10 voucher wich i have to spend in store instead. This is not the same for all customers. They simply didn't like the fact that we didn't buy anything last time .ther attitude was stinking i will never be back again. Absolutely disrespectful and awkward towards as a customer. Im very annoyed and highly not recommended if you don't wont to bee robbed if they dont like you. Disgusting

Selection is great. 'Downstairs' gentleman is very helpful, couldn't pick fault. However, the lady upstairs (clothing section) is quite unpleasant. Really does behave as if she owns the place. I shop there a lot (because of selection) I just try not to make eye contact and stay clear. It's like she's doing you a favour letting you into the shop. Meant to book before going to shop. Taking themselves way too seriously- its July 22. Wife said she'll never set foot in the place again. However, that said their selection is very good. When somewhere else has the selection they have, I'll go there rather than take the rude attitude. People are people...probably doesn't even know she's rude.

Module have a brilliant selection of motorcycle gear for everyone. A very good customer service. I was at the shop a few weeks ago for the first time and was made feel very welcome. I was only there to have a look around but I was offered tea and coffee. The only thing I wasn't fussed on was if you wanted to try anything on it was £10 to do so.

The best motorbike shop experience I've had in Ireland. Really up to date styles and largest female range I've seen. Professional and friendly staff who treat everyone as equals in the sport. It was a lovely vibe when we went in on the Saturday and were given cups of tea and soft drinks. On top of that, one of the guys noticed my bike chain was well past it. The owner and his friends (who I later found out don't even work there!!) worked past their closing time (on a Saturday evening!!) to not only replace my chain but my sprockets as well!! I was just blown away by their kindness and care and can't recommend this shop enough. Honestly the best there is. I will definitely be back with more friends for all my future bike needs!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff, very good service and value, loads of stock with most sizes and colours in each item. Definitely would recommend a visit.

I’m not quite sure about this store, seems a bit strange how its managed. They have lots of good items in stock, BUT they don’t like you trying things on - one lady in particular. In fact, the lady asked if I was going to buy it, because “people just tend to try things on here and then buy from somewhere else”. Why would I drive miles to a shop to try something on just to go home and buy it online for the same price? Lots of online retailers offer free returns anyway. Maybe customers don’t buy because of the way they are spoken to?? Won’t be back, will stick to the other stores who aren’t suspicious about their customers.

it's a complete horror… I went to buy new clothes and the shop assistant asked me £10 for trying it on… I've already spent about £2000 in this shop and now this…. never again... this approach to customers is disastrous

Went for a leather suit and boots for my partner. Donna was amazing, took her time with us and did her best to help with everything we needed and we came away very happy best customer service I’ve received and the store had a massive selection anything you could need :)

First time visit today. Bought a jacket and boots but have to give Rosie a big thumbs up for being keen, knowledgeable and persistent in helping me find the right gear.

Drove up from Dublin, they had a helmet I wanted. Extremely friendly & helpful. Took a deposit to hold the lid until I drove up. Got well looked after with a couple of added bits that made the trip up worthwhile. Will certainly use these again. Thanks Keith! #superman #hjc #rpha11
