I had been suffering from awful tension headaches for days and I contacted Charmaine after work and she managed to fit me in for a remedial massage the next day. When I arrived, Charmaine was very warm and welcoming and put me at ease instantly! The treatment was amazing and very relaxing, the next day I felt fine, unlike when I've previously seen osteopaths or physical therapists when I've come away feeling like I'd been hit by a truck! 10/10, would totally recommend!

Poor communication with me. She never responded to my last message. Would not recommend buying a voucher. It expires quickly and even if there are extenuating medical circumstances she will not work with you to reschedule. *Edit just to add after 6 weeks of no response I received a message only after posting this review. I feel this review is the only reason she reached out to me. Again would not recommend.

I have now visited aura beauty twice now, for different massages, (Indian head) & (exotic coconut). I cannot recommend Charmaine enough. First went to Aura beauty last year after my plastic surgeon recommend lymphatic drainage and had 6 treats of this I 100% better after each one and defiantly speed up my recover and gone back this year after a further surgery and again has been amazing would 100% recommend
