Outstanding costumer service! Took my walking boots there to get eyelet repaired. Thought I was probably best off just buying new ones but how wrong was I?! Was told it wasn’t a simple job because would need unstitching etc so braced myself for the worst - charge £3 and done in a couple of hours. Absolutely outstanding service! You cannot even see which eyelet was repaired.

Visiting D & D has been the best customer experience of my life (and I'm 55 years young!). Declan is a delight to deal with. Not only is the quality of his craftsmanship second to none but he does everything with good humour. His shop is an Aladdin's cave which caters for every imaginable need relating to keys and shoes, past and present. Frankly, I'm amazed Declan hasn't been asked to feature on the Repair Shop on BBC. It's only a matter of time so hurry up and visit. He's a true local local trade community superstar!

Outstanding service from Declan. I bought in 2 pairs of riding boots that needed new heels, soles and some repairs including needing leather patches. Such a friendly and helpful bloke who I collected my boots back from within 24hours looking brand new! He even took the time to oil and polish them for me, and I am so pleased with them. My family have also had trophies engraved and keys cut by him and he is absolutely second to none. Thank you Declan!! 👍🏼

Declan made my day. In under 24 hours he sourced, collected and fitted replacement soles for my brogues and repaired my Timberland boots. Both pairs were dressed and waterproofed; they look great. The price was excellent and all done with a cheery smile and a bit of banter. Makes Timpson look bang-average and over-priced. Don't take my word for it go find him in Sodbury High Street. Highly recommended.
