Always quality stuff to buy and nice cafe to rest and have coffee, toilets are very clean and smell fresh

Terrible returns policy. Christmas gifts cannot be exchanged without the receipt. Told by a manager that the store has signs by the tills explaining this. I walked passed the tills and only saw one sign stating any returns policy, but the sign was behind the tills and the text too small to read. As a result my family and I will avoid spending money at Dunelm out of principle.

I absolutely love Dunelm Cannock. The store is so well layed out. Lots of great offers. The staff are lovely and always so helpful. Highly Recommend a visit.

Went for a drink and lunch with our guide dog puppy. They were very welcoming. Food and drink reasonably priced.

Lots of house items to choose from for drapes, linens and kitchen pans that we needed.

A very good shop with great choice. Unfortunately we could not get a sofa bed or tv unit as they were "out of stock" so we were very disappointed😳.

Went to see the leather sofa and dining table that I'd seen on the online site. But very disappointed that they weren't able to stock them . Only get online. I don't want to buy a leather sofa without evan being able to see it our site on to see how comfortable it was. And no sample of table . I did speak to a lovely member of Staff at the cannock branch called Lisa, She was very helpful and such a lovely lady . A credit to the shop .. I think there should be a stand with samples off leather an material for each sofa that is advertised on line . And a sample bord of the different types of wood so you can see the proper colour too for the tables and chairs. Due to not having room in the stores . I am worried about ordering on line without seeing the items I want in store 😫 if the sofa not suitable they will have to return it . So what happens to all the returned goods. Do they send them back out to a new COUSTMER our sell them off to discount store . 🤔

Picked up some forks from the home section in dunelm today. Was told by the shop assistant at the till that she needed to see my ID as she said I look too young to be buying forks, I hadn’t got ID on me so she said she would keep them behind the till and I couldn’t buy them as they have to be extra vigilant. My nan asked to purchase the forks and the lady behind the till said she couldn’t, she checked with another staff member and she said no to my nan purchasing the forks aswell. Awful service and won’t be returning. Went next door to pound land to a very pleasant lady who didn’t ID me and now I have my forks which are safe in the cutlery draw at home.

Everthing you need for house decoration etc.but once again 6 tills only one open very poor customer service no wonder we shop on line

Not a very good selection of table cloths and some have no labels saying the size or if they are round or oblong, very poor information about the product's

Nice, bright and well stocked. Clean and fresh with plenty of assistants available if required. Till service was friendly and professional. Altogether an excellent shopping experience.

Been to dunelm Cannock today and it was such a change to meet an assistant who was pleasant and knowledgeable and also had a sense of humour (which doesn't cost anything). Jackie had all of these and was more than helpful, guiding us to the best choice for us. Thank you for your help Jackie, it made life alot easier

Fantastic home wares store with absolutely everything you could need to furnish a home. Inside and out from a knife to deck chairs. They even have a selection of suitcases for when you want to get away from it all ! And yes they even have a coffee shop on site. Thoroughly recommend.

Have always been happy going into the store to buy products. However I recently made the mistake of ordering a made to measure blind. The estimated date for delivery was 3 weeks.Six weeks later and numerous efforts to get someone to pick up a phone to deal with an enquiry and 1our 30 mins waiting to get onto the chat line and eventually chatting, still no nearer to getting my blind! Even worse when they did get back to me left a message asking me to ring the store. Are they having a laugh?

Popped into the coffee shop here whilst visiting the store. Got to say, they do an excellent flat white and my wife really enjoyed her hot chocolate. The place was clean and the staff were friendly.

Went to Dunelm looking for new pillows, pillow protectors and continental pillow cases all available and relatively easy to find, although I did have to ask about the continental pillow cases. The assistant was very polite and helpful, and sorted my requirements. Well done Dunelm.

This is more for the cafe than the shop - not that the shop is bad or anything!! Witnessed a really nice gesture by the lady behind the counter. An elderly lady had purchased some hot drinks and cakes and was asked if she would like the tray bringing over to her table - she said yes and the lady behind the counter did so with a quick apology to the next customer for a very short wait. I just thought what a nice thing to do with no prompting - random act of kindness which cost nothing.......

Love this place, everything you need for the home, they have a great selection of curtains. Premium prices, but quality all the way, Great Cafe on site, wheelchair accessible and facilities for everyone. Staff so obliging, nice atmosphere well displayed.
