Women on the door very unhelpful " I think she had a little square moustache under her face mask " picked up the order took 6 steps away from the door realised i ordered the wrong item took 6 steps back and was told ive got to wait till 12th April to return it ,which I found out by phoning the head office she is a liar you can return you items to a sainsbury store with a argus retail inside . So until she goes from this store I will not be returning .

Good little Argos, but always best to order online in advance first then you can use the computer to get them to collect your order. It's usually better to go later in the evening as usually a little wait if you go any other time, especially at the weekend

Received damaged product. Can not get a replacement or refund until lock down ends..... so not until mid April at the earliest. If you're not allowing people to return damaged good, you should throughly check goods are not damaged before handing them out.

Amazing customer service and AWESOME help from one of the staff by the name STEPHON. He has got the heart to help to the last (was lost and confused on a certain item which was new to us), leaving us with great satisfaction. We do hope and pray we get such excellent service next time we visit.

Bought the Guild stapler last week and reupholstered 6 dining room chairs. What a great product, easy to use and a great price at only £20. Would definitely recommend it.
