Fantastic Family Run Bead Company, I’ve been using them since at least 2014 when I first met them at a Bead Fair in Perth. Their customer service is second to none, the help they provide when you ah e questions or what to be sure certain colours go before purchase is brilliant. Advice after purchase is excellent and I am still using them today in 2022. Now I have found their uTube channels as well and that’s is brilliant. The live streams are new to me as well and it’s great to be able to communicate with what you see and ask questions, etc. Their selection of beads and prices are really good and their shipping speed is unrivalled. I am in Fife, Scotland, and I have ordered late on in the day and then shocked to see it on the door mat the next morning! Companies like this are so few are often out of reach of the individual who isn’t a seller of things they make, but not Totally Beads, they cater for anyone and everyone and we are all welcome! I WOULD LOVE to be able to visit the warehouse but sadly out of reach for me, and probably a good thing…..for HUBBY and my wallet 😂! It would be like when hubby is in a military surplus, Golf or charity shop!! I would come out with a van load!

Totally beads in Clacton Essex is an Aladin's cave. They have everything you want and more. Staff are so very helpful. No shop, just the factory that have a few "open" days a year normally buy online but it's much better to see and touch before you buy.

My order never turned up, it has been over 2 months now and I was told they would chase it up with Royal Mail however I haven't had any updates or replies to emails for over a month and a half now so no idea where my order is. AWFUL service, I was really looking forward to receiving these items to use for my small business.

First 2 orders with Totally Beads & am so impressed. It was less than 24 hours from ordering to delivery (standard delivery) & customer service were amazing, really quick to respond & there was no problem at all in me needing to return some of the items. Would definitely recommend & will be ordering from them again.

Recently ordered some pearls, they came in the wrong size and wrong colour, when I contacted them to query this, I was met with really bad customer service, will not use again and would advise others to be wary of pearl orders, especially in colour, for some reason they seem to consider a pink tone to be cream.

Amazingly fast service, I live on the Isle of Skye and many suppliers charge ridiculous amounts and take so long to send to the island. These guys are incredible, reasonable cost for postage and super quick. I ordered at about 1pm and had an email by 3pm telling me they were dispatched and they arrived on Skye the next day. Just brilliant!
