Amazing service , very professional and personable. Took a watch of my dads that was in a really bad state of repair. Needed a lot of work and we had been told that it could not be repaired by other places . Dad now wearing a watch that carries great sentimental value that he has not worn for over 30 years . Took my watch to get repaired. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. My watch was fixed within an hour for a great price. Would highly recommend.

We called in today as I needed a new watch battery and fancied a new watch strap. Its obviously a family business and very popular with a constant stream of customers. But even though they were very busy the staff were great, really helpful and took time to help me find what I wanted.

I called into this amazing watchmakers on the off chance they could repair my daughter’s watch. She had been told by another company that it was unrepairable but to even take a look at it would be in excess of £130!!!!! The wonderful chap in premier took on the challenge, gave me a quote of £30 and we picked up the repaired watch today! Thank you so much for the wonderful service and very reasonable price. I know the repair was challenging, but my daughter is delighted to have her watch back! I would highly recommend premier and I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to use them. My husbands watch was not keeping time, another jeweller tried two different batteries, no luck. He suggested we need a new mechanism, decided to go to Premier Watches after seeing amazing revues. Took the watch in and the guy cleaned the contacts and hey presto, no new mechanism no change of battery. Fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable guy, great service. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Would highly recommend! Having tried lots of others in town, this was the only place that could sort my watch without sending away or being told to speak to the manufacturer. All sorted in 20 min. Great service!

Really friendly and accommodating. Came in as they were closing with a moschino watch that hadn't had a replacement battery for ten years. He did sorted it in ten mins and only charged me £12. Absolutely amazing!!! Way better than those places that charge £50 and you don't get your watch back for a week

Absolutely great shop, lovely staff and best customer service. I personally live in Huddersfield but purposefully travel the distance to come here as they have given me the best service every time I’ve come back. Couldn’t recommend any higher, 10/10.

Took my watch in for the bracelet to be polished. Superb service and a very reasonable price. My watch came back looking brand new. You don't need to go to the high street when there are places like this around.
