Staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, I have noticed some JJ products to be of low quality. The JJ 10kg fresh Chicken Breast has a smell associated with 'going off'. This smell is not of the packaging process. This is completely different to the smell of fresh chicken breast which does not have an oder, I experienced in a recent trip to Turkiye, which was also of a superior taste quality.

Been using this place for a while now Customer service and after sale is very very poor. I received wrong item on my order, notified jjfoods but no reply yet, been 4 weeks now.

The worst customer service ever. I paid for a 52kg lamb leg since more than 10day and I choosed the delivery day as I have an important gathering. They surprised me by sending only 35.9kg I really was shocked and I do not know what to do as they did not inform me earlier that there are any changes to my order. This was my first experience with them and I will not recommend them to any of our fruends.

We’ve been shopping at JJ Foodservice Leicester for a few years now. The service is excellent, as is the quality and valve of the products. The staff are really helpful and friendly. It was definitely our ‘ go -to ‘ place during lockdown as we were able to buy in bulk and share with friends / family.

Normally I would give you 5 stars but some items seem to not be available with no sensible answer when I have asked at the depot ( not blaming the staff on the counter,they think it is strange as well) why cannot I buy single tins of tuna, I have done for a long time. And buying by the case is dearer than 6 single tins,

I don't like the fact that i don't receive a printed bill like I always have done previously as we only have one printer in one location and at times I pick up orders for three business its just another job I have to do and one less for you, due to this I don't think we will be using you as often as we normally do

Appalling customer service. The manager doesn’t even know the return policy and wasn’t able to resolve the issue. I even ended up cancelling the order what I supposed to pick up today. Very very rude customer service from manager. First ever incident where I had to deal with manager and very disappointed. I’ve been coming here for 10 years now spent hundreds of thousands. Rest of the staff is very friendly and polite. They’ve always been nice. Anyway no more JJ Foods for me.

I've seen my friends received their goods from jj food service in a quick and orderly manner.

Not very happy with counter service in Leeds branch. Staff needs some manner and need to learn how to talk to loyal customer like me, been shopping with JJ last 6-7 years regularly and for a little thing staff talks to customer rude way, Jj needs to focus on that

I always order online and it's so quick and easy, all my past orders are stored so the transaction is done in minutes. The delivery drivers are super stars!! So helpful and polite every time. I'd give 10 stars!

Think the company are very disrespectful. On a day like today, Queen Elizabeth’s funeral, they haven’t given their employees the day off to pay their respects to our late Queen. I understand that it was at the employer’s discretion as to whether they closed business but when they employ 6+ delivery drivers and only have 1 out doing deliveries and the rest in the warehouse, this just goes to show they could have closed their doors for one day just like their customers who they normally deliver to have. I suspect the the drivers that are confined to the warehouse are stuck twiddling they thumbs watching the actual warehouse staff not doing their jobs as JJ’s customers aren’t ordering as normal because they have respect for our Monarchy and are at home watching the Queen’s State Funeral along with the national, probably the world. Shame on you!

Harrogate Grill and Pizza love your chicken burgers and chicken breasts! Two members of staff really stand out to us, a lady in a hijab and an English young man who work in the customer service office — we are not sure of their names! We order online for collection every week, we find this the easiest method of ordering as it means we can do it from the shop so that we don’t miss anything. JJ Foodservice really helps to keep our business afloat!

The on site service from Leeds branch is good but my main complaint with this branch is that virtually zero of any website offers (especially meat) are available which limits purchases.
