Exceptionally great place to live the taste of AFRICA more specifically ETHIOPIAN famous coffee ( Jabanaa ). no words can express living a moment surrounded by the fascinating coffee roasting scent. Me, My auntie and My mother came here to eat today and it was lovely. As a Ethiopian myself this Restaurant is great and serves amazing food, we order a full plate of Beyaynetu (the vegetarian option) (With Extra injera), 2 teas, 2 glass of water and Popcorn for £23. They have plenty of options that can suit anyone and everyone and they also have a menu for kids as well. Although it was quiet when we were there we did enjoy the calm atmosphere. The man that works there was great and was extremely helpful when we were ordering our food. The Food came in around 5-10 minutes and was pretty good service. They also have takeaway options as well.

Very good. It’s my first time to try Ethiopian food so delicious. And the staff is very friendly.You must try their traditional coffee, surprised me again.

Decided to try something different and to have it delivered. This was a revaluation!!! Lovely Ethiopian food! Delicious food. They accommodated my Vegan request suggesting I try the veg mix selection accompanied with that lovely flat bread Ingira (made out of the Teff grain or rice - they said it depends what they have) with it’s distinct sourness. You use this bread to “collect” and eat the various dishes. It was surprisingly filling too. Highly recommend.

I've been a few times and it's always really delicious. I get the veggie platter which is enough to share between 2/3 people! I've also been to a few birthdays here and the owner was great at managing large groups. Great place!

Ethiopian / Eritrean food is out of this world whether you're a veggie or meat eater. It's different , it's unique and it's something you definitely never tried before even if you're a big foodie. Give it a a go, you won't regret it ! If it's your first time Google it before so you know what to expect however the staff / owner at mesob will be more than welcome to help you navigate the menu and help you choose the right meal. Remeber to order a "st George" beer with your meal for the ultimate experience . I've had my first Ethiopian meal back in 2004 and its been in my life every 3 months or so ever since Enjoy x (Pic below is the veggie mix, unfortunately I was too excited about my meat dish Awaze Tibs and forgot to take a pic)

Great family run restaurant - food is delicious, very warm and low key atmosphere. We had one meat dish and one vegetable dish and mixing the two was good. Definitely going for the two-to-share mixed platter next time though to try more dishes.

Great traditional Ethiopian Eritrean food with friendly service and great value for money.

The best and purest Teff Injera. Honest to what they are selling and amazing customer service. I would recommend Mesob to anyone looking for something delicious and organic also vegetarian.

I always order the lamb tib which is super tender and only lightly seasoned. Really home made flavour that I wanna eat every week.

Fantastic. Only went because of the excellent reviews, and they're not wrong. Food was freshly made, home cooked Ethiopian, and truly delicious. Will definitely visit again when I'm next in Sheffield.

Really nice, spiced and earthy flavours. Went for veg mix plate and spiced beef and both were very tasty indeed. Liked the injera too. Quite tangy and not something we had tried before. I’ll definitely come back to try some more of the menu.
