Went in today to sell my designer bag after speaking to the manager twice and double checking that they would buy it even if it was used and a little worn inside and she said yes and told her i was coming a long way. Gets there and its a straight up NO! Wasted my day travelling the 1 star is for the girl who spoke to me nicely! Wont be using them again! Fuming aint the word!

Milos is so very helpful. I walked in late at 4.45pm and he stayed till 5.30pm to help my trade in and purchase. The other ladies are nice too. A lovely experience and very happy with my new Cartier watch.

Went in to cash in a pay check from my wages and was assisted by a lovely women named Hazel, she really helped with everything i had asked for and cashed me out in no time. Was happy with the rates and also the service. Would highly recommend as they are the most hassle free compared to others and with people like Hazel there to help i can assure you shell do her best to get what needs to be done no matter what it is. 5 stars! :D

Customer service at this Albany Road branch I went to today was outstanding. I was greeted cheerfully and then served by Noreen. I was doing a Western Union transaction and she was extremely efficient and helpful. The transaction wasn't straightforward but she got on the phone to them and sorted it without hesitation. She was upbeat and friendly too!
