I had been looking for somewhere that would repair several favorite pieces of jewellery that over the years had gradually and individually broken. Angela is knowledgeable friendly approachable and clearly knows her stuff and is very skilled. An Aladdin's cave of beading and craft goodies. Hubby was supplied with tea, from the coffee shop, while I explored the extensive selection of beads, findings and craft goodies. The staff were very helpful, and have sent me home with enough beads to last me. Can't wait to go back again. Highly recommended. They also do an excellent online service. Might have to use that, as I live in Devon. Still not the same as wondering around the shop though. Highly recommended.

I have just had my Vivienne Westwood necklace repaired at the Bead Shop and couldn’t be happier! I couldn’t find anywhere local to have the pearl beads on my beloved choker replaced and after some internet searching I found the Bead Shop. I don’t live in or near Nottingham, so I couldn’t just pop in and drop the necklace off. I was nervous about posting it off to a business I didn’t know, but after speaking to Emma on the phone I felt assured my necklace would be in good hands. I received it back today and it looks amazing. I needed it back quickly and it was returned to me in a week. Lovely knowledgeable staff that I can’t thank enough.

This craft store sells a large collection of beads, jewelry wire, tools and trinkets for crafting. The selection is solid and there website for collecting is good.
