I just popped in to get my daughter a few of her favourite snow fairy 🧚‍♀️ products she will be coming back from uni to home for her reading week. With the help from the fabulous Caoimnin we picked out some great products, he was very informative nothing was to much trouble we chatted and laughed the whole time so thoughtful he gave me some samples for myself. Just a lovely person impeccable manners, even getting an escort to the door what a well brought up young man.

This was a great LUSH to visit. They had face masks, large totes for purchase, music and more. Ally was very helpful and informative in helping me pick some products. Really added a nice a touch to my experience in Belfast.

I visited the Lush shop in Belfast on the 3rd of December with my kids to get some presents. The loveliest wee girl Sarah helped me and showed me all the variety of Christmas sets they sold and kept my kids entertained. She let them put a bath bomb in their sinks, they had a ball she was really great with the kids. The whole shop floor was an experience! All the staff were of high spirits. Would highly recommend.

Sara was absolutely lovely and a treat to talk to. She has amazing knowledge on all skin care products, the bubble bar/bath range and helped out tremendously with picking our items. Usually Lush makes you feel bombarded by workers trying to hit targets but she seemed incredibly interested in finding the right products for me and my girlfriend and even have her a skin care consultation. One of the best Lush experiences I’ve had considering I’ve shopped in Lush Belfast for years. She took her time over us and is a really asset to the team. Very pleased with our service ☺️

I'm a little late in the game in writing this. I've been attending Lush Belfast for years. And the experiences have only gotten better. I never feel that any of the supreme customer service is forced - but wholly natural and genuine with dollops of enthusiasm. This is in reference to the staff's knowledge of the products, their openness and acceptance, their wonderful humour and all the willingness to know their customers more. I want to name them all here as they've always been kind and charming - only I probably don't know every name. The other day at my own job, one of my colleagues stated, "They're just gorgeous," about the staff at Lush Belfast (she had recently brought her daughters to the store and found it a positive influence). And its true; the staff's fun-loving, sweetly approachable vibes are infectious, creating a fabulous environment. And it smells nice which I guess is a bonus. 😁

Could not have had a better experience! Served by Sophie both times (had to return the next day as our samples were so good we had to get the full items) and she could not have been more of a sweetheart and delight, genuinely one of the highlights of our whole Belfast trip! She was so informative and generous! Can’t compliment her, and the rest of the lovely staff enough!!!

Always had good experiences with lush, met a girl called Audrey today who gave me a free bath bomb which was the sleepy bear because I have a sensitivity to a lot of bath products. Audrey was very helpful and even gave me an option for the lush trick or treat and I got a free sample. Very lovely staff overall! Not too bombarded either which was nice as I didn’t have much time to go in lol. Overall 10/10 experience and I will be back! :)

I popped into Lush Belfast for my favourite face mask a little Pay Day treat 😊 and connected with a Lush Assistant called Audrey… we had a lovely chat we’d both recently been through a tough time and in the end she sent me home with some lovely samples. An act of kindness which was much appreciated at this time. She was just lovely the shop is lovely and as always it smells delicious 😊

I really like Lush stores 🌸💞 I like their ethics ! I like their fragrances ! And I like almost all of their products. 🌿🌱🍀☘️🌷🌸🌼🌻🌺🌹 Unfortunately for about 2 years I do not understand what is happening in the perfume department? Before, there was a super 10ml pocket format on sale, then it disappeared (purchase only possible in sets of 4)... the 30ml bottle is now a priority! and now some perfumes are only available in 100 ml format! Some bottles reach 100 Pounds 🥺 and only exist in large format ?😢 Could you explain to me why do this? Regarding the store in Belfast, well 🤔 it is not very well maintained ! Some bombs piles are destroyed and yet there are not many customers in the store and there are many salespeople! Well, that said it won't prevent me from always coming to see the news because I love your Brand 🌸😉

Always the most welcoming, brightly lit, friendly and enthusiastic place. With items and potions that would make an apothecary jealous. Staff genuinely want to help. Lately was greeted by and presented my latest purchase by a wonderful and approachable Caoimhe. We all deserve and need a little luxury; and the staff here make sure you gain it.

Called in to get some products and was helped by the lovely Ciaran. He was so knowledgable about the products and was able to pair together different products for me to try, and give advice on how to use them. He was so friendly and chatty, such a joy to shop with, and to top it off was so kind and gave me a little bottle of shower gel for free as an act of kindness, along with samples of products that he had recommended I pair with what I bought. The customer service was outstanding and I left so excited to use all of my new products and with a huge smile on my face, everything that Lush should be! Big thank you to Ciaran, he deserves all of the praise!

Today I was advised by Olly, he was absolutely phenomenal! Really friendly and knowledgeable! Took me on a scent tour after saying I was gutted that lush had discontinued my favourite perfume and tailored which ones he showed me based on my old perfume and the tones I said I liked! Helped me find lovely bath bombs for autumn and threw in a free pumpkin sheet mask with my purchase. Overall the best experience I've had in lush, I normally don't like when people approach me in shops however he really looked after me and was just a delight!

What an amazing staff you have in store! I’m quite anxious in shops especially with the boxing day rush but I brought my niece in yesterday and we couldn’t find the things on her list, we were helped by the lovely Lucy who was able to recommend one of your alternative gifts for us, such knowledgeable staff & Lucy is such am asset to the store. I was in lush a few days ago looking for presents for my grandchildren and I was assisted by the lovely Krippa she pulled me out a few options for gifts and I was sold right away the quickest shop I’ve ever done. She was so sweet and honestly made my shopping experience by gifting me a beautiful bathbomb. Will be back soon!

Robbie in the Belfast store was just my Christmas Angel. Honestly, I was so stressed out and just couldn't cope and he completely took over and helped me with everything I needed and was just the nicest person in the universe. I cannot thank him enough. What a lovely guy and so so thoughtful, kind and caring. Robbie is an absolute credit to Lush. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better person to help me out. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Visited the store on Saturday and was helped by the amazing Ciara (with the blue hair.) Such a bubbly & friendly person with excellent knowledge of all the products. Even though the shop was very busy she took the time to help me select my products and explained everything to me. Nothing was too much effort for her and she really went above and beyond to help me out. She also gave me some samples and a wee product to take home with a card to pay it forward. So kind. Thanks to her I had an amazing shopping experience and will definitely be back to do my Christmas shopping in Lush 😃
