Fab place to visit with kids. Our children did the squirrel run which they really enjoyed. The drop slide was a bit lethal and 3 out of the 4 all ended up with banged heads and saw numerous other children banging their heads on it. Not all did but just a few too many I thought. But the standard park bit is amazing. So much for them to climb and play on with water and sand play. Cafe not got much choice but they are developing a new menu in may 2022 that will include healthy things like salads etc. So should be a lot better then. We spent 4 hours there so it was good value I thought :)

What a dream of a find, Adventure Play Area that Adults can go on Bouncy Castles, Climbing Walls and overhead walkways, as well as Children of all ages! I got a guided tour. Worth travelling to even if your not in the area. Outdoor and Indoor (The Dome) Adventure Play Areas. I think I saw a Zip Wire and Archery Area near the Car Park Entrance. Supervision of Children - by their accompanying Adults. Accessibility - good, level areas and ramps. Toilet for Disabled and Car Parking close to the entrance for Disabled. Cafe - straight forward menu with items for veggies and vegans. Corporate Events - great for Events and Team Building. Bet they'd do a quirky Wedding if you asked! Special Needs - Wednesday is special needs (music turned down for those on the Autism Spectrum) and specially trained staff. Special needs welcome any time. Environment - a lot of items are recycled or recyclable such as Tables and Chairs in the Cafe, outdoor 'grass' from the training pitch of a famous Footie Club! Cutelry and cups compost down in 12 weeks.... Price - very good, see my pictures and/or their Website for up-to-date openings. Staff - very friendly and helpful. Toilets - converted Shipping Containers behind The Dome, good access path. Winter - swathes of The Dome will be cleared for a Skating (Roller) Rink and Disco. I hope I've remembered most of what I have been told!

Fun afternoon out with niece & nephew. Park entry was £7 children, £3 adults & £2 concessions but then add on extras for the different activities. Worked out about £20 for children to go on most things. Lots of standing/sitting around for the adults (unless you want to pay to go on everything also). Everything is made of wood and has an ecofriendly feel. Inside cafe served up food & drinks etc & was reasonably priced. Also had some small tanks nearby which children could drive around a dirt track although we didn’t visit this section.

Lovely local afternoon out. Prices are really fair and theres plenty to do once your in the park. My Stepson did the Raccoon run and the staff where fantastic with him, I was able to watch him while my one year old ran around. The cafe was lovely and the food was delicious. The staff where extremely friendly and it links into the soft play which is fantastic for little ones.

Fantastic day out with my 2 grandchildren, lots to keep them entertained, well supervised with friendly helpful staff, my granddaughter is lactose intolerant and the lovely lady in the cafe found her a dairy free pizza, it was a really hot day but we could cool down in the cafe and plenty of shady spaces, all in all we had a great time and entry tickets are reasonably priced

A fab, fun and friendly place to visit. The staff are so friendly and encouraging to the more timid adventurer. The children absolutely loved it here and didn't stop running about. Lots of space for picnics as well as a little cafe. Could do with a few litter bins please! Plenty of parking spaces.

We had so much fun here!! I was amazed at how well everything here has been done. The HUGE tree trunks and the high and low ropes course is ACE. You go inside and then outside on the course. I'd never done anything like this before and I loved it!! I had a go on the Big Leap too and it's scarier than it looks!! We did the Super Slide too and it was hilarious seeing everyone shoot out the bottom. We took the little ones too - by 1 yr old, then a three and five year old. They had loads of fun in the sandpit, and going in and out of the hobbit holes. The playground is good, and I can't wait for the soft play to open too. I'm sure this is going to be great for the winter months. Really impressed.

We came here today from Sheffield with 2 ten year olds who both did the high ropes. That part of the park was great however I did find that the rest of the areas were a little young. The park could really do with updating. We paid £62 for the two boys and two spectators, plus an extra £12 for the roller skating. Worked out at quite an expensive day out, which was not warranted considering there wasn't enough staff and alot of the extra activities (climbing walls, archery, go karts) were either closed or fully booked.

We had a fantastic day yesterday, we booked the low ropes which my daughter loved. My son panicked, the staff were lovely and encouraging but he decided he wanted to come down and they were lovely and so patient. Shout out to Jin who was amazing with all the children. We then went to the tower which again my daughter loved, my son loved the squirrel run and was desperate to try the jump, he kept going for a turn but panicking and turning back. Here I want to mention Alex, Alex was amazing, so kind, patient and encouraging and never making my son feel like he should stop trying. After about an hour of keep coming back and going up, my son finally jumped and he says that it was because of Alex! He was so proud of himself. Alex is an absolute gem and it's staff like this that make you remember a place and come back but who also kids remember when they next want to try something new. So thank you Alex, you made our day ❤️

This is an amazing adventure park. Loads of activities for all ages from littlies to Adults. I have to admit I underestimated the challenge of the high ropes! Wow...they were tough but, the best of fun! A great place for a Team building day. The team looked after us really well from Safety, hospitality, activity support and general entertainment! This place could very easily entertain for a kids party, a family day out OR facilitate a Team building day. Far better than other similar parks!! I'm Definitely going back soon!! Thanks guys for a fab day!! Slider of the year 2023

Overpriced waste of money and rude cafe owner. So disappointed. Paid £20 PER CHILD to do the low ropes on the Racoon pass - course takes about 15 minutes and they only get to go round once?! + £2 entry per adult! To top it off, the cafe owner was incredibly rude, obnoxious and abrupt to us and the children. I don’t know who she thinks she is speaking to paying customers like that. I will be putting in a formal complaint and asking for my money back. The only saving grace was the gentleman who helped the kids around the low rope course. He was incredibly patient. So huge thank you to him. All in all, Avoid! Response to owners reply: The children were 5 and 8 respectively. The Bears pass would not have been appropriate. One time round a small course is not what I would consider value for money. Re the cafe: We weren't having a 'picnic'. We had only moments before sat down having been in the pouring rain. I passed one child, who has AFRID, a morsel while I looked at the menu so we could all order, having already at this point ordered and paid for two coffees. I wouldn't consider one child nibbling on a morsel while we looked at the menu to be a 'picnic'. I had a menus in my hand and was looking at them when the lady in the cafe approached our table and began being ill-mannered and presumptuous.

We held an event here recently. Over 240 attended and were cared for by the staff so well!! An excellent catered lunch, use of the dome for a concert style time, and such a relaxed atmosphere for all. Would highly recommend this venue for events big and small.

Really good for under 10’s and no waiting this year! Gorgeous shop with good selection of wooden toys. Roller Skating was great for the older kids too. Lovely Santa who read The Night Before Christmas to the children. Keep up the good work Let Loose, 10/10 once again!

The staff were all really helpful and a good understanding of what to do, which made me feel reassured. I didn't rate the food. Take your own. I went with my 13yr old boy and 11yr old girl. We left after 2 hours as they were fed-up. I feel that this place would be ideal for under 10s.

Santa visit My son really liked the Santa visit with his friend today, but he loved the Elves, they were all so friendly, happy to have a pic with him, chat, smile and they made it so magical especially when they took the time with wishing dust, but one Elf in particular went above and beyond when my son and his friend roped him into tennis ball foot ball and spent lots of time, I think his name was Owen, thank you for such a fab day all the staff were fab what a great team!. I didn't know the roller skating finished at 3:30 so my mistake we missed that but it looked fab and I was in trouble for that oversight 🙈 I might try and make it in the new year but it looked really good with all the decorations. Hope you all have a fab Christmas xx

Visited today with my 2 year old and 9month baby, surprisingly loads for them to do as I had previously thought it was for much older kids. They loved the soft play, the sand and water play and the park. Had lunch in the cafe also, friendly service, very clean and tidy and nice food good value for money!! Will definitely be returning soon!

Absolutely brilliant day at Let Loose today. From start to finish it was fantastic. All of the staff were lovely, special mention to Jodie who helped us on the high ropes and zip line (she was amazing and so friendly). Lovely picnic area to eat your own food and watch the lambs in the nearby field or very reasonably priced cafe with hot and cold food selection. Thank you for a lovely day xx
