My fiance purchased my engagement ring from here 3 years ago and as it's just a few weeks until our big day I popped in to get my ring re dipped and cleaned. Expecting to pay full price, obviously! Especially as chains charge £50+ and take weeks. They did it within 15 minutes and said as we bought my ring there initially, the clean and dip is a wedding gift to us. What amazing service! We went to the jewellery Quarter in search of an engagement ring. What we found elsewhere could not come close to the feeling we had at Hockley's. Matt specifically was kind, attentive and allowed us to choose what we wanted with some expert guidance. We decided on a custom design with a Ruby that Louise had ordered & was delivered the same day. The ring is simply stunning, elegant and extremely well crafted. Unbelievable service. Brilliant quality. Unbeatable Price. Me and my Fiancé Suzie went in with very little knowledge about rings or what we really wanted for our wedding rings. Mike took care of us and by the end we felt like experts on it all. Great customer service and a brilliant price for such great quality. Lovely family run business. You can literally see inside the workshop and see the care that goes into the rings. I have recommended this place to my best friend that is also getting married.

Amazing customer service today from Selina whilst shopping for wedding rings. We went in without an appointment and she took the time to show us both loads of choices and was very knowledgeable explaining the differences and what might suit us. We got our wedding bands from Hockey Jewellers and had a great experience. We booked an appointment online which meant we didn't have to wait around at all. Sandra, the manager, was extremely helpful in showing us both the variety of styles and materials. Sandra wasn't pushy at all, focused purely on what was right for each of us. We chose there and then what we wanted. We were able to take a quick walk to Costa whilst the bands were adjusted to fit us perfectly. Great service, highly recommended.

My finance bought my engagement ring from here a year and half ago now and always said how good the service was. I went back yesterday to get my ring cleaned ready for our wedding in a weeks time. Mike greeted and served me and promised he would ensure my ring looked as good as new. It only took half an hour to fully clean and was amazed by the results. Not to mention the service is free! We also bought our wedding rings from here back in December and again had great service all the way through. Would highly recommend this shop to all!!

We wanted a gold signet ring for our son for his 25th birthday. We didn't want anything too garish but he did want his initials and a little diamond on it. Sue could not have been more helpful. We are really happy with how the ring turned out and more importantly so is he!

This is a fabulous jewellers. Louise looked after us really well, listened to our ideas and was very patient. Her colleague went to fetch stones from their other store to show us. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt we got a really good price. It was such a bonus to be able to have the rings sized and made up with the diamond of our choice within about an hour. Highly recommend!

Fabulous repair to my wife’s engagement ring. Top quality job completed at a very reasonable price. Whilst collecting the ring, took 2 more pieces of jewellery which were repaired to the highest standard before I could finish my cup of coffee! Went here back in November 2021 to look at engagement rings and so glad I did! Fantastic service from start to finish from very knowledgeable staff. Went back at the beginning of 2023 for wedding rings and a personalised necklace for the wedding and the service was still first class. Complimentary ring shining for the engagement ring and even when the necklace design didn’t come back as we wanted (difference between our ideas and the artists ideas) they happily remade it within a few days. Incredibly happy with everything we’ve had and will be using Hockley Jewellers for the foreseeable future!

We recently went to Mike at Hockleys jewelers to buy a ring We decided to have the ring made to exactly what we had wanted when we went into the store. Mike helped us through choosing the design and then choosing the diamonds for the ring Mike was fantastic on every visit , helping us to decide exactly what we wanted, helping us to choose beautiful diamonds and making sure we were happy with every stage of the ring being created It is a beautiful 5 stone diamond platinum ring , it is a beautiful sparkling ring , absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. You knew exactly what to do to suit my style and you listened to everything I wanted and gave the best advice, and suggesting adding my grandads handwriting on the inside of the ring really just tops it. We visited the Jewellery Quarter and visited Hockley Jewellers as my partner got my engagement ring from here. The service was fabulous. Mike could not do enough for us! His knowledge was second to none and genuinely cared about the customers. It was a lovely experience and even though I came with not knowing what I wanted, Mike showed me lots of options that suited my engagement ring and hand size. We were in Birmingham only for several days and visited Hockley Jewellers because my husband wanted to make me a present. We spent a lot of time there because I was looking for something interesting and when I found the ring it happened that the size was bigger than I needed, so we started discussing delivery options because it was our last day in England. A few minutes later we met the owner, the real professional and I already knew I could not leave the store without my ring. The jeweller made the ring of my size while we enjoyed our coffee in the nearest cafe. It was a unique customer experience and I highly recommend this place.
