I wanted to have a hair transplant for few years and I finally did it. From day 1 when I had my consultation till now(1 month after my hair transplant). The Birmingham branch staff are all professionals and all of them need to be acknowledged. The receptionists always welcoming me with a warm smile and always trying to fit my appointments according to my schedule. My consultant Ozcan giving me updates about my hair and always helped me with my worries. He kept in touch with me while I was in Turkey and I really appreciate it.(The staff in Turkey are amazing as well, they managed to make me feel relaxed during my staying there and they did an amazing job). Lastly, I want to thank Irana which she is doing an amazing job on my weekly laser appointments. She is checking on my hair progress, and always helps me with all my needs and worries. I am currently going through hair laser treatment, it’s been a few weeks and I must say the service is amazing. Lovely to come in a getting treated with great care. I am now halfway through my laser hair growth treatment, I am seeing a massive difference in my hair growth and the spots on my head have cleared up. Ozzy is a great consultant and very respectful. The receptionists are very smiley and welcoming. I love coming twice a week for the derma roller, they treat you nicely and take care of you. I love chatting to Atousa and Irana when they do my treatment. They are both very gentle as my scalp is sensitive and they always have a smile on their faces!

I have been attending este for my laser sessions. I am very pleased with my results. My therapist Saba is a very hard working and polite individual. She always makes me feel reassured and comfortable and knows when to pause the laser machine. Had my PRP today with Jess from the Birmingham clinic. Was nervous going in but Jess made me feel very comfortable and talked me through each step of the treatment. Best in the business. And his staff are amazing! Plus the patience they have is stellar! All such hard workers. Tommy and Lumi are amazing they have looked after me so much after my procedure. They all work late to accommodate your schedules so please be kind to them! The process itself was painless. It’s a long procedure but goes by pretty quickly.

I am getting my laser hair removal from este and I must say it’s one of the best places to get your treatment done. I was initially getting it done by different people before getting introduced to Saba. Once I started getting my treatment from her there was no going back, before every session she examines the skin and the progress and discusses that with me and then treats the area accordingly. She not only is professional but also a lovely person, making sure to keep you comfortable during the visit. Although they are slightly expensive then different other clinics but they are really good value for money.

I get the laser hair treatment done with Irana & Lumia and I’ve always had a very positive experience. She is very meticulous with her work and takes her time in giving me the treatment. I enjoy meeting them both each week, very friendly. They will make you cappuccino, they will chat with you, keep checking if you’re okay during the treatment. Really nice experience.
