While
I
canāt
fault
the
GP
I
saw
this
morning
as
she
was
wonderful
and
so
friendly
and
nice,
the
receptionist
was
incredibly
rude
and
honestly
quite
condescending.
My
experience
with
the
receptionist
this
morning
has
completely
ruined
my
experience
at
this
UTC
and
Iām
not
sure
if
Iād
ever
go
back
despite
receiving
good
medical
treatment
here.
To
begin
with,
she
cut
me
off
while
explaining
my
problems
to
her
on
the
phone
and
acted
as
if
I
was
wasting
her
time.
I
was
then
told
the
clinician
would
phone
me,
which
she
did,
and
she
booked
an
appointment
with
me.
When
I
turned
up
at
the
UTC
for
my
appointment,
I
was
shouted
at
through
the
intercom
telling
me
I
had
missed
my
appointment
before
I
even
had
the
chance
to
say
what
my
name
was.
After
being
let
into
the
centre,
she
was
then
rude
to
me
again,
reiterating
that
I
had
missed
my
appointment
but
said
āit
was
fineā
as
she
rolled
her
eyes.
In
a
panic,
when
the
GP
called
me
in
I
apologised
to
her
for
being
late
-
she
told
me
I
wasnāt
and
that
I
had
come
in
on
time!
While
I
appreciate
that
everybody
has
bad
days,
after
working
in
a
customer-service
role
myself
I
have
never
once
treated
anyone
the
way
I
was
treated
this
morning,
and
honestly
I
felt
so
belittled.
When
you
are
already
feeling
deathly
ill,
the
last
thing
you
want
is
for
somebody
to
shout
at
you
through
the
intercom
before
youāve
stepped
into
the
building??
I
am
not
the
type
of
person
to
leave
reviews
but
I
was
actually
appalled
at
the
way
she
spoke
to
me
and
believe
that
her
behaviour
needs
to
be
addressed.
You
cannot
work
in
a
facility
where
patients
are
being
seen
to
and
treated
if
you
do
not
have
a
single
ounce
of
care
or
respect
for
them,
especially
as
the
first
face
they
see
upon
entry
to
the
building.
Aside
from
that,
I
would
just
like
to
say
this
is
no
longer
a
walk
in
centre
but
you
can
be
seen
on
the
same
day
if
you
book
an
appointment.
I
was
pleased
with
how
quickly
I
was
seen.
