Aranzazu is a first-class Professional with many skills to her bow. She has a broad and detailed knowledge about the body and what methods to do to help me and others feel a lot better and improve and heal. She is an excellent physio, she's very strong (what a plus!) and also personable and friendly. She puts a person at ease very quickly. She wants the best for her clients and I wholeheartedly recommend her!

The ability to actively listen, diagnose, and treat the various alignments I have is something I have not experienced at other physio service providers. the treatment, aftercare, and resultant healing is to the highest level, and I am extremely grateful to have found a clinic that can help me to recover with my chronic issues.

This clinic is amazing 🤩! Celia, the physio who has been treating me, is really honest and helpful. She listened to me, and tried to help by understanding where the pain came from, giving me exercises and a plan. She gave me a targeted massage and made osteopathic stretches that made me feel much better right away. I made a couple of more sessions which helped me to see how I was afterwards and to have accountability to see the improvement. She did not hesitate in trying different approaches if needed, until the pain was getting better. She really cared for my improvement and I am so thankful. She is also learning on top of her wide knowledge. All my respect for such a good profesional ☺️😃

I found out about the Manual Therapy Clinic from a friend as I have chronic lower back problems. My body thanks Aranzazu for being able to 'breath' again. She is very attentative on checking with you on pain levels and found the 'bits' staight away. Her very thorough, and informative approach made me feel I was in the right hands. Her suggestions on exercises to do at home toward sustainance were spot on. Highly recommended.

Aranzazu is, quite simply, the best physio I’ve ever used - she’s SO knowledgable, she makes you feel at ease throughout the appointment (even when she’s cracking your joints) and you always leave feeling tip top and loosey goosey. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

I went to the clinic with a mix of shoulder and neck issues, caused by a mix of injury and repetitive strain. After my first session I have a much better understanding of why i am feeling the specific pains and strains and what i can do over time to remedy them. The "massage"/manipulations were definitely what i needed, I was amazed at how exact to the trigger points she was within seconds of inspection and i experienced a satisfaction during the treatments just knowing that my body was recieving the treatments it has needed for a long time despite them being a little uncomfortable.

Excellent treatment by both Aranza and Jade. Having had a few biomechanical issues and a ruptured achilles tendon injury, the Indiba treatment, physiotherapy and deep tissue massage received has been and continues to be a massive help in aiding a much faster recovery. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for a sports & deep tissue massage with Jade recently, she was lovely and very professional, I feel like I got my whole arm and part of my back replaced! After that, I feel like the rest of my body also needs a restoration so I'll definitely be back soon. I see why this place has only 5 stars ratings. :)

Seen Aranzazu for years. She is knowledgeable, professional and insightful. Has helped with back / neck issues but more importantly understands the relationship between psychological effects on the body and treats the person holistically. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. (No one except for Aranzazu is allowed to realign my spine!!) Had my first session with Jade who I will see again. She is professional and easy to chat with. I also get the Indiba therapy to help. Turned up to my second session unwell which led to hospitalisation and Jade was so kind and helpful.
