Cachapa
is
sooo
goood!
Very
savoury
white
sauce
on
a
corn
pancake
that
surprisingly
has
a
sweet
aftertaste.
It
has
a
tender
oder
of
roasting
(in
a
good
way).
It's
the
first
time
for
me
to
have
plantains
hot.
It's
not
mushy
at
all
but
a
little
chewy
and
less
sweet
than
the
pancake.
The
pulled
beef
is
fresh
and
juicy.
I
can
see
some
chilli
pieces
but
it’s
not
a
spicy
dish.
Mozzerella
adds
in
a
little
saltiness.
The
black
bean
paste
acts
as
a
mediator
among
this
wide
range
of
flavours.
The
corn
pancake
with
sauce
can
be
my
staple
food
for
the
rest
of
my
life.
Exquisite
arepas
is
similar.
The
pie
is
a
little
tough
for
me.
The
color
is
white
but
I
can
still
taste
cornmeal.
The
avocado
refreshed
my
mouth.
If
I
hadn't
ordered
Cachapa,
it
would
be
great
as
well.
Empanadas
is
deep
fried
and
I
always
love
deep
fried
food.
It's
a
little
tough
and
crunchy
on
the
edge.
But
as
I
chew,
the
flavour
inside
the
dough
makes
me
addicted.
It's
soft
tho
where
it
wraps
spicy
pulled
chicken.
Again,
the
spiciness
is
only
visible
but
not
tasteable,
which
Is
not
a
bad
thing
tho.
The
filling
is
also
moist.
Everything
is
perfect.
My
Venezuela
friend
recommended
these
dishes.
I
thank
him.
My
job
is
to
give
him
my
compliments
next
time
I
see
him.
A
little
reminder
tho
that
the
sauce
on
the
Cachapa
can
easily
leak
and
make
the
bag
moist
during
delivery.
I'm
reckless
so
it's
fine
for
me.
It's
just
a
little
pity
for
the
waste.
