Had a necklace repaired there, which was broken, twice before. It was also cleaned and polished without asking. Today I went to put a deposit on a ring I have had my eye on for a while. I ended up buying a St Christopher medallion and today's Store Manager, Zara took her time selecting the perfect chain for it , in size for me and to suit the medallion. Top marks for service and goods.

Managed to squash my wedding ring while working took it here on the same day they repaired it polished it and replaced my sons watch battery within 10 mins, top service friendly genuine quality service.

went in this morning to adjust my watch, The guy was super friendly and did it in about 2 minutes for very reasonable price. I was heading to town but thought to give it ago and I'm glade I did will always go there , They also have great collection on watches that is way cheaper than online will defo recommend them top people . Went in to have a watch bracelet adjusted, very friendly and helpful people. Bracelet adjusted to a perfect fit and a nice chat about watches. Highly recommended and I will be back.
