Absolutely useless bunch in the front desk of ford service. Gave a vehicle I had in to get a key coded away to some random person. If I could leave no stars I would. Shocking service.

Andrew from Parks helped me with my Motability order. The order process itself was seamless and throughout the wait Andrew called me personally to update progress. The handover day went very well, as has the follow up. All staff I interacted with have been amazing. Highly recommend this dealership.

Quick getting back to me from initial enquiry, had a test drive that week, and the truck two weeks later - though I was lucky due to someone cancelling their order! The staff are very friendly, my dealer was Craig, he was very nice and helpful. I went in with a good idea of what I wanted and he was very clear going through the benefits associated with that truck and the older model. Definitely recommend Ford.

Must admit had problems in past at this garage, since change of management today was a great start to the week our vehicle Ford torino custom had an oil change as well as new windscreen wiper service polite even arranged for us a courtesy car, lastly finished off taking our vehicle back to our home address in which is pretty far ! Overall we are absolutely delighted with this outstanding service especially from the new manager 'Travis' now you dont get that in many garages in todays society..highly recommended place to take a visit if looking for advice or just a chat maybe change of vehicle end by saying thankyou !

I phoned the parts number and asked for information on a part for a motor home. The parts adviser's sounded very unenthusiastic and was no help what's so ever. He said he would call back and like I thought I never got a call back. I was actually trying to help French tourist who stopped me at the side of the road who were in a bit of a panic.
