This is a magical place, which is well worth a visit. There are three walks, with the gorge walk being the most spectacular, and popular. If you choose this walk, then it's best to walk it in a clockwise direction, as you'll see the waterfalls as your walking, rather than having to turn back all the time. There is a path the whole way round, but it does get muddy, so I'd recommend wearing walking shoes or wellies, and keeping a spare pair back at the car for changing in to. The walk can get a little bit slippery, and it is steep in places, but it's fine for children, and healthy adults. The car park is free, but it's small, so it can fill up pretty quickly.

I've been on a lot of walks but this is one of the prettiest. It's just stunning. You walk alongside the river which has many small waterfalls along the way. There are bridges and flights of steps and on either side of the river are large stones covered in moss. The atmosphere is magical. It's a circular walk about an hour all round with plenty of free parking (no overnight parking). Beware the path is quite uneven and stony though solid. It's quite popular so get there early.

Beautiful walk in an ancient gorge along a rocky stream lined with steep walls and covered with thick mat of herbaceous flora, just picture Devil's Pulpit but on an extensive and elaborate scale. On 9th of September, amazingly, it felt like walking in a hot humid tropical forest. Paths are well maintained with hand railings but slippery, so take extra precautions.

What a great hidden gem it's a place you can easily miss , but I think it's a must see. I was absolutely awestruck by the beauty of the place . Photos don't do justice to the scale of it all. Plenty of places to walk different routes, dogs love it. You feel as though you could lose yourself in the Glenn , in reality this would be difficult as there are a series of good paths that are well laid out. After discovering recently I will be returning at every opportunity.

Beautiful place. Stunning. Car park for about 25 cars. Free. Plan to spend about an hour walking round the red trail. Breathtakingly Beautiful scenery. If you walk left from the car park you will walk behind the lodges. Up the waterfall path to the right which goes on for a good half hour to the top. It is rocky/slippy and narrow in some places. And then follow the red path down to the car park it is quite steep in some places and boggy in others. Would not advise going here after extended heavy rain

I used to live near here so know about it, it's a beautiful gorge just outside of kilmun in Scotland. It's an amazing place to visit so tranquil and peaceful and stunning beauty. I would personally recommend that when visiting follow the path up to the left and go in reverse, you will be faced with a steep climb but will find it easier to plan your footing (coming down that way can be quite a task especially when wet) but it allows you to leave the area via the gorge itself and it's a brilliant way to end your walk. The gorge itself is a thing of stunning beauty with winding paths, wooden bridges and beautiful waterfalls, if your lucky you may even spot a red squirrel!!

Genuinely one of the prettiest places I've ever been. Never heard of puck's glen before, but this is a must for anyone visiting the area. Quite an easy walk (my nearly-3 year old walked most of the way) along a river gorge with numerous waterfalls and luscious green banks. There are 2 or 3 walks of various length with the shortest taking around an hour with kids. Incidentally the petrol station 3 minutes drive in the direction of Dunoon is o e of the cheapest in the UK (25p per litre less than the UK average as of July 2022). Will definitely be coming back.

A fantastic circular walk. Walked out of the car park towards the footbridge easily seen from the car park. Nicely maintained paths. Stunning woodland walk. When teaching the main logging track the red loop comes back on itself into the glen area. Again a good pathway that's lined in areas with handrail where footing may get a little tricky. Be sure to look out for the fairy's and the Buddhas head. Happily revisit the area time and time again.

Quaint waterfalls on a stream. Well maintained paths, simple loop. Some steep grade changes, several staircases to ease the burden. There is a paved parking lot on the opposite end of the walk versus the logging road and crushed gravel carpark noted.

I love this place, so magical and beautiful. As others have suggested, it's better to take the left path from the car park and then you see the waterfalls better as you approach them. There are some hand rails along the path occasionally, but sometimes when it's a bit of a rocky step up, you have to hold onto the rock to pull yourself up, or at least I did, but I'm not quite so numble as when I was younger. Some of the paths are very narrow and slippery when wet, so wear good grip shoes. Some of the steps up are also quite steep, but there are handrails for them, so if you struggle with steep climbs, this walk might be a bit challenging if you're not as fit as you used to be. Once you get to the crossroads at the top, you need to turn right, then right again and down into the beautiful forest. It's about 2 miles long altogether. There are no toilets at this trail, so if needed, there is a petrol station on the main road from Arrochar, not too far from Puck's Glen that has a toilet out the back when the garage is open, ask in the garage for permission to use it, very friendly staff. I highly recommend this walk, the scenery is stunning, so beautiful. ❀️

Quite probably my favourite walk in Scotland. Arguably even better in overcast weather which makes for a more atmosphere experience. The trail is well maintained and delights the whole way with the mossy walls and tumbling falls.

Puck’s Glen was an amazing experience of Scotland at its wildest best. Huge thanks to whoever created this walk with the steps, bridges, and pathways following the burn which empties into Loch Eck under the main road to Dunoon. Once you’ve entered its trail it’s easy to see why the magic of fairies pixies or other mystical little people are mentioned as part of the journey.

Stunning walk through the gorge, dripping moss and many waterfalls! Raincoat is a must! Walk can be slippery and uneven, sensible shoes are advisable. This was my second trip here and I'd highly advise taking the left hand route from the car park and walking up through the Glen for the best experience. A must see if you're in the area

We enjoyed this hike with our 6 year old and 10 month old. There is one waterfall in the middle of the trail that is easily accessible and our 6yr old had fun getting into the water though it was freezing! The whole walk took us about 2 hours, including the time spent in the water. Would definitely recommend this glen if you're in the area.

Lovely walk, amazing waterfalls. Good circular walk following the path went left on the track from the car park and that way has a lot of steps up, was quite a workout!!

One of the best glens I have been to. Half of the distance goes by small waterfalls and streams. Some areas are slippery especially when rains. Lots of bridges and steps. Well maintained
