Really awful service from the staff member with blue hair. Not only was she extremely impolite/arrogant (she looked away from and didn’t say anything after I paid and said thank you), she then started eating the ice cream straight out of the tub while we were still in the shop. She was also unnecessarily pushy and with us when we were trying to decide what to order. Shame as the donut was lovely and the other staff member also seemed friendly and professional.

After raving recommendations from friends and by a popular podcast, I was super excited to try these doughnuts. I requested 3 of the most popular doughnuts, and bought a box of 6 to share with friends. We were massively disappointed and underwhelmed. The 4 of the 6 expensive doughnuts were bland and dry. The pear and ginger was delicious, however was not enough to save this experience of crushing sadness.

Nice coffee - although fairly small (beautiful mug though!). Terrible taste in music. 8am in the morning and a heavy bass line and rap, and it was too loud. Beautifully clean seating area. Not cheap. The doughnuts looked awesome, but given the price, I'm saving this for another day!

I've revised my rating from a 2 star to a 3 star after discovering that all their doughnuts are *intentionally* heavy and bread-like! 😳 With this new information I can say that the flavour was great, but the texture was an unwelcome surprise and not to my liking. Coffee was ok, but overall I don't think I'm the intended clientele.

I've never not finished a doughnut before. The raspberry jam in their jam doughnut is full of seeds. Fine for a jam, but ruins the bite of a doughnut completely. The dough seemed tough - must be intentional.. honestly, the 4 for a quid ones at the supermarket are better.

I really loved the doughnuts and coffee, but something left a bad taste in my mouth - the staff there said I'd get £5 and a free coffee on my next purchase when I first downloaded the app, but the next time I came she refused to give me the £5. otherwise a really chill study spot -- edit: they got back to me and resolved this is a really professional manner, and I couldn't be more grateful!

Very pleased with my experience, fabulous coffee and wonderful, friendly staff. Had a lovely chat with one of the staff members who also gave my dog a very warm welcome. Would certainly come back here again and thank you to the worker with a black and blonde bob for being so inviting and helpful. 😊 Look forward to my next visit!

Delicious artisanal sourdough donuts. It’s pricey, but presumably because it’s handmade(?) Either way, worth a visit, if you enjoy a dense doughnut, and sweet things, and vibes. 4 + 5 points for very friendly staff/5

Rather expensive, however the dougnuts were great and of the artisan type. My pot of tea looked huge but in fact was smaller than expected. A good brew.

The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, and the atmosphere of the place was wonderful - warm, welcoming, casual but chic. Unfortunately, the donuts seemed to miss the mark. I had their pink guava and iced chai apricot donuts, and in both cases, the pastry itself (along with the glaze and toppings) was wonderful, but the custard inside the donut was rather a miss. I found the custards bitter and not a good compliment for the rest of the donut. I think that if the custard weren't present, I would have adored these donuts. They certainly looked stunning. Perhaps I'd like some of their other donuts better, such as their raspberry jam or cinnamon sugar ones.
