Very welcoming! It was my first time and Sam gave me a warm welcome and even detailed explanation of what machines and exercises I needed to work on to improve my desired muscle groups. He even took me over to multiple machines and gave me demonstrations of good form and what weight would work for me! He is extremely friendly and I used to be terrified of gyms. Come to rhinos because they are very welcoming and have an extraordinary amount of equipment that suites anyones fitness needs :)

Faultless gym, must visit if in the area. Very good value and welcoming to everyone. I don't live in the area and wish my local gym was more like Rhinos!

This gym earns high marks for being very good – spacious, with friendly staff, a positive environment, and good music. At peak times, it can get a bit crowded, but the overall experience is worth it. The membership is reasonably priced, and the community is filled with knowledgeable members, enhancing the overall workout atmosphere.

Fantastic gym! Has a real family friendly vibe about it, always a cheery smile and wave from the team as you arrive, even when they are busy. Ridiculous amount of equipment, you can guarantee you'll be able to use what you need without having to wait too long, if any wait at all. Great stock of supplies behind the counter at more than reasonable prices, including protein shakes, protein meals (which they will kindly cook for you in their microwave!). Cost of membership is excellent too, especially for Stamford! My other half is an experienced weight lifter, it has everything he needs to train, plus more. I'm a gym novice myself and there's plenty of machines/weights for me to use (most have instructions on them if you get stuck). I also feel very comfortable at Rhinos, it's not an intimidating environment at all like some gyms can be, nor pretentious, the members are a mix of varying abilities, age and size and all have been very friendly that I've spoken with. Excellent gym, highly recommended 👌

Big gym with good range of equipment. If you are older, mornings are the best. The teenage Chads descend from noon onwards.

Big gym with lots of equipment and room to spread out. Lots of duplicate machines and barbells so you pretty much never have to worry about waiting for something. It’s not the cleanest gym ever, but definitely has the most equipment compared to other gyms around. Reasonably priced too and staff are friendly.

Brilliant gym - I go early in the morning. Massive amount of equipment, all other gym users polite and friendly. Good value for money and a family business. Nothing not to like - would not hesitate to recommend.

Thus place inspired me to open my own gym. The most knowledgeable gym staff in the area, with the owner being a world renown bodybuilding champ, as well as one of the PTs having similar accolades. Highly recommended

A great assortment of equipment with an outdoor area too. Ropes, free-weights, bars, punch bags, lifts, cables, treadmills, bikes, rowing, atlas stones, farmers walk and much more. Surprisingly quiet too!
