I don't think its a good or safe idea for a drink with bits (such as popping balls, fruit chunks) to be delivered through a fat straw. I gagged a few times on this expensive cordial drink. I won't be returning.

Absolutely wonderful, kind staff and the drinks are so tasty. I personally prefer the apple tea since it doesn’t come with pulp unlike the strawberry, but they all taste great and the bubbles are so fun to pop in your mouth.

100% TO TRY AT LEAST ONCE - I love my fruit tea's in the , lovely polite staff, smiley and inviting. I just got starberry 70% with ekstra apple jelly and lyche popping. Love it there 😌🧋

You have to have ice in your tea otherwise they charge you 50p to make your tea without ice. Staff wasn’t friendly and the teas are overpriced.

I wasn’t pleased that they had run out of tapioca pearls but didn’t have another free option. Basically it was impossible to get a drink for the stated price. The staff recommended the brown sugar pearls as an alternative and I presumed they would be free.

the place opens at 9am the same time staff turn up which means they don’t serve till later. they also clear up and stop serving before closing time. very confusing and frustrating.

Pop up store in Queensgate shopping centre. Located outside entrance of M&S and in centre of main thoroughfare. Long queue and crowded but testament to excellent bubble tea (my first experience in fact) - very refreshing on a hot day!!! Well packaged as well. No attached seating but seating available elsewhere in shopping centre.

Absolutely love the drink. The staff was very nice and the wait time was minimal. Will definitely come here again when I have the chance

The Bubble CITea is inside the Queensgate shopping centre and I love having bubble tea especially if it's a sweeter fruit flavour. I usually get honeydew melon flavoured with rainbow-popping balls. It's a great combo and I prefer asking for no ice because it clogs up the straw. My partner likes to have mango fruit tea with rainbow popping balls and he always enjoys it. If you get the larger size it does take a while to get through it but it's delicious. The staff here work hard and it's a fast service. I've enjoyed coming here to get my daily fix of bubble tea!

The quality of the bubble teas are really good and can't fault it's just the customer service needs to improve massively. We were a family of 4 with 2 children and they were getting very inpatient while we were choosing the flavours (which took us 2 minutes) .

Was waiting for a customer in front of me to decide on a big order for 10 minutes. The staff could clearly see how long we were waiting. When it was finally our turn they told us they weren’t serving anymore milk tea for the day even though they had just took the milk tea order of those in front. They could’ve at least told us this before making us wait. There was nobody in the queue behind us so making one more drink would’ve been easy. Left feeling disappointed and angry.

Purchased a coconut milk tea with strawberry boba. Pleasant, if a bit brusque, service at the till, service with a smile at the collection point. Not too much ice. Good taste. It is very expensive however.

We had 3 different drinks. All were nice. Alittle expensive I would say but I'm guessing their ground rent is high. We felt slightly rushed as we had never tried these before so wanted to know more about the flavours etc but we were rushed into picking.

The bubble tea is OK if a bit bland, but when you ask for any extras there's almost nothing available. Price is too much for what it is and with the attitude of the workers you'd think everything is a hassle, lots of huffing a puffing.
