We went into the store looking for an ankle chain for our daughter. We were served by Rebecca B who was amazing. She was really helpful as we pondered on what was best. Had great advice and was keen to help us get exactly what we were looking for. She was even a match for my husband’s sense of humour which is no mean feat!!! We did look in the other jewellers in the precinct but her helpfulness took us back to buy. Thank you Rebecca :)

My experience here has always been great, staff are brilliant and I’ve been a returning customer for a while. On the last occasion I purchased a Seiko SRPE53 and was very happy with my purchase. On this occasion, and at no fault of the staff, the watch I purchased had shown a fault where there seems to be debris in the watch movement which has surprised me from a brand like seiko. Yet to resolve this and will be in touch with the store to see how they can assist in my issue. Other than this minor issue, the staff were great. I took a couple of watches into the Jewellers to have the batteries replaced. The lady that dealt with me was so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
