I believe Jodie went above and beyond on every session. Really happy with the results and have booked for further treatments.

I have only 2/10 sessions of laser hair removal left. I must say, it’s great not having to shave (underarm, legs and bikini). My result is amazing! The girls in the clinic are very professional, they are organised so there is always minimal waiting time. My favourite thing was the continuity - I was able to have the same therapist! Natalia is great! She is gentle, she takes all the necessary time treating me and monitors the progress. I would definitely recommend!!!

The Laser Clinic in Plymouth at Drake Circus was recommended to me by a friend for hair removal, when I was frustrated with frequent shaving and IPL treatment was not working for me. The clinic is modern, clean and posh. I had an initial free consultation and I chose to have total body hair removal. I was offered sessions at a discounted price. The staff are very helpful, polite, courteous and professional. I am very much impressed by Natalia, with whom I have had 4 sessions (out of 5) of laser hair removal so far. She is a lovely sweet lady, very professional and very friendly. She loves her job. She is meticulous and safe, in what she does and in my opinion, ‘perfect’. She very well understands the customer and renders her services professionally. She is soft spoken, polite, kind and always greets you with a great smile. She has made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during every session with her. I wish to continue my sessions with her. So far, I am having great results on my body and it is worth it. Amazing service when I went in for my scar treatment 1/8 appointments. I was advised to use moisturiser for my face as it is dry and my face feels softer now as well. The treatment is was very safe and the facial was relaxing.

Kelly is always friendly and makes me feel really comfortable. The whole experience isn’t as painful as I thought it would be and after 2 sessions I’m already seeing the results. I was genuinely so sceptical about laser hair removal but I’m glad I booked an appointment!
