I got this huge mixed vegan kimchi bành mí for £7.50! It has kimchi, maggi tofu, squash, aubergine, spinach, and edamame pâté. The vegan banh mi I’ve tried at other places has been so boring but this was scrumptious: so flavourful, a little spicy, crunchy. Perfect to have by the beach on a sunny day which is what we did. My partner got the pork char siu. The pork was so tender and juicy. Portions were huge so I had mine for breakfast and lunch, too! I will definitely be going back to try make my way through the entire menu!

You know the food is good when they have an actual 5 star rating on Google. My word, the tastiest banh mi I've ever had. Opted for the vegan squash and then also got the aubergine one, and they were sensational. Generous portions, a properly stuffed sandwhich, and great value. Shout out to our server because it's all very well having tasty ingredients, but he actually put the sandwhich together so well and evenly spread...if you know, you know. It's a 1.5 hr drive for me to get here, but I will be driving back just for this again. Excellent business, which is well deserving of the 5 star review.

You haven't come to Brighton if you haven't eaten at Earl's. The bread is soft with a crunchy crust and the inside of your choice (I got rid of many of the extras that come with your sandwich) is delicious. Do not miss the mayo! 😋

We had just arrived in Brighton to have a first meal and went to Earl by chance. The Banh Mi's were absolutely delicious. Fresh, spicy, crispy bread - simply excellent! 5 star reward. The owner (Earl?) is a nice guy and we had a little chat. He prepared the food very fast. The location is very small, two persons can sit outside and 2 or 3 on the inside, but that's no problem. It's mainly concepted for Take-Away, I think. It is located very central. Top!

I've been twice already, once for the Báhn Mì and once for BAO Fridays. The Báhn Mì was absolutely amazing (you can see me smelling the joy in the third picture) but the bao was a bit disappointing, the chicken was a bit plain and it had a bone in it that kind of lowered the experience. My bad for not saying anything at the time (gen z anxiety), but I did afterwards. The prices are very good, specially for the center of Brighton. I'd definitely give it a go.

Wow. The meatball banh mi was insanely good. £7 is good value for the size and how good it tasted. I only work round the corner and can see this becoming one of my lunch staples from now on. Friendly chaps who work there too

One of the best Banh Mi's i've had even compared to some in Vietnam. Huge crispy roll, generous fillings and sauce on point. Had the chicken and would love to try others whenever next in town. Price is about right for a banh mi and one of the cheapest prices I've seen in England. If you've never had a banh mi try this out! (Location is a little off on Google map, but you'll find it on the corner of jew st/Church st).

Been wanting to try this place for a while and I’m so glad I finally did! The Banh Mi is unreal and full of flavour. Both the pork and the chicken Banh Mi are very nice.

Without doubt the best sandwiches in Brighton. Their banh mi are out of this world (speaking as a veggie, can't comment on the meat ones, but they look banging too) & the regular changing specials never fail to disappoint. Also the melts are awesome too!

Best sandwich in Brighton. The tofu banh mi is so delicious I want to buy one for all my friends. The bread is perfect, the flavours are incredible and the portion size is very generous. Well worth a visit!

I ordered an Banh Mi on Uber Eats today, didn’t expect this to be so good! The perfect size, not greasy and felt really healthy while still being filling and yummy. The pork was delicious - thank you for saving me from the worst hangover.

I just had a chicken Bánh mì and felt compelled to leave a review. Excellent value, absolutely delicious, and big enough to feed a fat horse. I will definitely be back...maybe tomorrow. Do yourself a favour and give these lovely people your money!
