more
than
one
apartment
at
Sonder
locations!
You
are
required
to
book
each
apartment
in
a
separate
transaction.
After
you
book
the
first
one,
their
dynamic
pricing
kicks
in
and
instantly
raises
the
price
for
your
second
room.
After
you
book
that
one,
thinking
OK,
I
can
deal
with
a
20%
increase
because
I
really
want
to
stay
here,
and
go
to
book
your
third
apartment
and
find
the
price
is
now
40%
higher,
it
really
starts
to
burn.
This
is
a
20%
and
40%
increase
in
a
matter
of
hours
for
the
exact
same
room
and
same
dates.
Then
you
call
their
customer
service
number
to
ask
if
they
can
help
you
get
all
three
of
your
bookings
adjusted
to
the
same
price...
the
price
that
you
saw
on
their
website
when
deciding
to
book
in
the
first
place.
You're
told
too
bad,
that's
just
the
way
their
pricing
works.
Nothing
can
be
done.
No
apology
or
concern.
The
apartments
look
lovely
and
the
reviews
are
great,
but
this
lack
of
transparency
on
pricing
feels
very
wrong
and
we
will
not
stay
at
a
Sonder
establishment
ever.
