I booked a standard PCR test at the Birmingham clinic as I needed a Travel Certificate to be able to travel to Spain, and I was impressed with Midland Health's service from beginning to end. Their website is clear and easy to navigate, with the different options and all the information you might need. However, if you need any extra information they reply to emails instantly. After booking my appointment, I wanted to check if they could include my passport number on the Travel Certificate and they reply to me in less than 5 minutes, even if it was 20:30! The day of the appointment they were extremely punctual and kind. Miguel, who did my test, was kind and explained what the test consisted in. He double checked that the information they had was right and told me I would get my results the next day, around 20:00-21:00. The whole appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. The next day, I received my Travel Certificate at 10:00 am! I would definitely recommend this clinic: they are professional, punctual and nice. I made it to Spain without any issues!

The administration was very good when it was necessary to change an appointment. Very helpful and efficient. Upon arrival at the clinic I was directed by a sign to the rear of the building. The rear door was locked and I had to ring the bell three separate times and was beginning to get the impression that no one was inside. Eventually the door was opened. Inside was pleasant and efficient. The lady taking the Covid test samples was most pleasant and explained everything very clearly. Apart from being locked out in the cold upon arrival it was a pleasant and efficient experience. The test results were provided a few hours quicker than advertised.

I contacted Midland Health to get a COVID-19 travel certificate. On the phone all of my questions were answered professionally and thoroughly. The facility was easy to find. I arrived at my appointment the recommended 10 minutes early and was seen straight away. The nurse was friendly, professional, put me at ease and explained the procedure in detail. The test was quick and easy and I had left the facility by the time my appointment was supposed to start. I was assured that my results would be sent to me by midnight the following day, however, they were sent to me even sooner. I could not recommend the services at Midland Health enough!

The place was easy to find and before going to the appointment I had a couple of questions that they answered quite quickly on the phone. Other companies weren't even answering the phone. So I chose this service as they were demonstrating great customer service and that is what you need, specially if an issue was to happen. They made me feel that if the flight was cancelled they were going to be helpful to reschedule the appointment. On the day of the appointment the service was even better, there were a lot of measures to keep everyone safe and the appointment was for my parents that only speak Spanish and they had a Spanish doctor, so that was even better for them and reassuring. Would recommend 1000 times

Really good, fast service. We had to cancel and re-book due to the fluid nature of the current travel situation to some countries, but they were very accommodating. The Clinic was easy to find with car parking, the whole process was very smooth whilst managing to ensure we adhered to social distancing guidelines etc. Our tests were taken by a medical professional who was excellent and talked us through the whole process. We booked at 6pm, had our tests at 8pm exactly on time and got our results by 6pm the following day using the 24hr service. Highly recommended

This is the second time I have used Midland health for COVID fit to fly testing. Their service was quick and efficient and the handled the specific additional paperwork for entry into Japan without difficulty. The results were available within the promised timeline. The staff were really pleasant, efficient and helpful. Email communication was also very good which gave me confidence that I could easily make contact if or when needed.

I attended to receive a COVID PCR test. This had been booked for a previous date but the country to which I was scheduled to travel closed its border for a short period so I had to defer the test. Midland Health were very helpful in accommodating this. Everyone with whom I spoke at Midland Health were friendly and helpful and the appointment was managed extremely efficiently and very quickly. The tester was polite, informative and efficient and the whole process took minutes. My result arrived within the time period they advised and the paperwork was accepted by airport personnel when I checked in.

I had an appointment with Midland Health at their Edgbaston clinic to take an Express covid-19. The whole experience was amazing from the ultra convenient booking and payment systems to the experience at the clinic. I was nicely welcomed and guided at the reception. I had a lovely practitioner, not sure she was a GP or a nurse but she was caring, informative and professional. The clinic was clean and respected social distancing. I received my detailed test result and fit to fly certificate only 4 hours after sample taking. I really recommend Midland Health for anyone looking for a professional and reliable medical services. In my case, they did better than what they advertised.

At a time of great uncertainty and a great deal of anxiety, especially when travelling, we found the service offered by Midland Health in providing the necessary COVID test result for our holiday to be super efficient. Despite our having to make numerous changes to our arrangements as a result of changes with our flights, and also having to satisfy two separate destinations. The communication with Midland Health was always extremely efficient and helpful. This was very reassuring. The test itself was very straightforward and the results returned as promised. All staff we encountered were very friendly and willing to help with any enquiries. We would have no problem in using them again or in recommending them to anyone else.

My wife & I needed Covid PCR tests to enable us to fly. We were very impressed with the service we received from Midland Health, right from the helpful person when we booked on the phone, to the efficiency of the staff at the clinic. Results came through with certificate in 24 hours. Would definitely recommend.

I went to have a Covid test with my husband for a holiday to Cyprus at Midland Health, from start to finish the appointment was handled in a polite and professional manner. We where informed as to what would happen at every stage, and although I was a little apprehensive was put at ease by the lady who did the test. What I thought would be an unpleasant experience was made to be quite the opposite. It only took a few minutes and were told our results would be with us by midnight or earlier the next day. Results came through well before midnight, well done Midland Health thank you for helping us to get to our favourite holiday island.

I would never forget the worst experience I’ve had with doctor Rupar Parmar was very unprofessional asking for cash payments in the midst of covid in 2020. The waiting room was full of people and not up to covid standards and was lacking ventilation and this was during covid times. I was spoken to rudely by doctor Rupar Parmar and was asked to pay in cash and it was a huge amount of money to pay for the PCR and covid test nearly £400 to be able to travel. Can’t never forget the way the doctor treated me. I felt very unvalued as a patient and humiliated. I would not recommend this GP.

Planning the appointment was easy and straightforward- detailed emails and texts sent to us explaining every tiny detail. Appointment was timely and efficient- more importantly to us we had results enabling us to fly within 24hrs - promised to us before midnight but they arrived by lunch time. Whilst we of course would prefer to have paid much less than £185 each I have to say the process for booking, the swab taking on the day and results process were all outstanding ! We arrived early and so were seen early. The staff were meticulous re ensuring our details matched our passport. And we received our results in just under 24 hours ensuring our agony re waiting did not go on for too long. I’m now writing this review from our very sunny Cyprus !

Excellent service. Great communications via email and phone and very helpful. The staff were very friendly and professional. The service itself was fast and reliable. Breath of fresh air as with all the other companies I've been in contact with or used are unreliable. I get my flight certificate on time for the flight the next day and had no dramas getting to my destination with it. Thanks guys ;)
