Went for a comforter massage for my birthday and it was amazing! The staff were so lovely, kind and helpful. Sometimes I can feel a bit self conscious because of my weight but they were nothing but sweet and didn’t make me feel self conscious at all. Thank you so much, you’ve made my birthday extra special.

The staff go the extra mile to ensure every visit is pleasurable. The welcome you get is superb. A mix of relaxation and a mood boost. Such a diverse mix of wonderful people ready to welcome, assist or chat. Visiting Lush, wether it's the spa or to browse and shop is a therapy in itself. The products and treatments are unique and the staff at Liverpool are worth their weight in gold.

I visited with my 4 year old last month and had a brilliant time. A lovely staff member called Josh came over and offered to test some bath bombs with us. My son was absolutely made up and had a brilliant time splashing around and making a mess. Josh then gave us a tour of the party area (definitely going to book one, it's so good) and the spa (same) and a freebie when we were paying for our bath bombs. It was the loveliest experience we've ever had in a shop, we felt really special - and Sully had a week of the most colourful and fragrant baths ever! So thank you Lush and especially Josh for such an unexpected treat 💛

Wonderful and magical experience. Had a in a Renaissance Spa treatment, and Emily was an amazing therapist! First time having the treatment and would highly recommend! It's always a pleasure coming to Lush Liverpool and need to be on everyones go-to place when visiting the City! Thank you xxx

My daughter had her birthday party here today. We were greeted with a friendly hello and smile from all the staff, the party was engaging, entertaining and extremely fun. Although per head it was at the top end of my budget, you certainly get value for money. Would definitely recommend it as an alternative party.

Amazing experience! I had the Comforter and didn’t know what to expect. The atmosphere was incredible, walking into the room you’re met with starlight and the best soundtrack. The treatment itself was pure heaven. A deep scrub followed by a warming oil massage. My therapist Brit was incredible. She made feel so at ease and gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in years. I drifted off quite a few times in the treatment, sooo relaxing. The cocktail at the end was just the icing on the cake and tasted incredible. I’ll definitely be back. Best treatment I’ve had in Liverpool, much better than any of the hotel spas. Thank you ♥️

I always enjoy my spa treatments at Liverpool. Today I had the comforter treatment and it was so relaxing, my therapist was so kind and went the extra mile for me and my mother in law. I almost fell asleep about 3 times during it was so relaxing, and the soundtrack was so fun I added it to my Spotify playlist. Can still feel the effects of the treatment after a long day of shopping. 1000/10

We had my sisters hen party here a couple weeks ago and had the most amazing experience! All the staff were so lovely and welcoming, the set up was so beautiful, you could see how much effort everyone had put in to making it the most amazing day for us all. We had mini treatments, a quiz, food, drink and made our own bath bombs. Their communication leading up to the event was also fantastic, so helpful answering all my questions. Can't wait to go again!

This store is huge! Everyone was so sweet and I got a store tour by a lovely lady and she even got me in for a spa tour. I definitely recommend having a list of what you need before coming in because I went blank as I was shopping cause there was so many goodies! Everyone was so sweet.

My daughter got her hair washed and blow dried and straightened here today by the lovely Hattie. She was so patient and kind to my daughter and made her feel like a princess - very reasonable and what beautiful hair she came away with - thank you 😊 xx

I had 'The Comforter' massage. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep! My skins feels so soft after. As soon as you step through the door at the Spa, you enter a whole experience - an explanation before your treatment, and a chance to sit and come back round after your treatment in the relaxing lounge. I would highly recommend visiting the spa for yourself, or buy a treatment for a loved one!

The Disney of the massage!!!! Lush is a amazing brand, which has its unique smells and products. I made the Karma treatment and it was incredible! I really felt myself immersed in a Índia journey, the playlist, massage movements and smells together made a perfect match ❤️ thanks for this unique experience!

An absolutely amazing experience. I had the Good Hour and it was brilliant from start to finish. You get to choose your massage butter and then you are taken on a 70 min journey of music and smells all to sea chanty music. It really was one of the fest full body massages I have ever had. You then get a drink in the gorgeous sitting area to finish. Cannot recommend enough!

I had the most amazing experience today at the Lush Spa ✨ I took my partner and we both had the synaesthesia treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I was sent to absolute heaven. Such a unique experience and worth every penny 💰🤍 My partner had no expectations or understanding really of what the treatment was about and he said it was amazing. Our 3rd time visiting and as always absolutely amazing! We went for the comforter treatment and after the Christmas rush it was the perfect way to wind down. The lovely lush ladies were so calming and explained each and every step towards our ultimate relaxation. Can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic Treatment at the spa, I had the Hard Days Night massage, it was immersive, relaxing and I felt so refreshed and tranquil afterwards. After each spa treatment you are given a treat that's paired with what whatever treatment you had. We were given Breakfast Tea and a biscuit. From the moment of stepping into the store and throughout my time there I was treated very well from all of the fab staff. They are friendly approachable and knowledgeable I took advantage of the free make up application service and with a spa treatment you receive a 10% discount at the shampoo bar. As a big fan of the brand and products I had a lovely day out. I Can't recommend Lush Liverpool enough!

It's not my kind of place, but I could see that it does what it does well. Funky, trendy vibe. Lots of fragrant products for hair, face, lips, body, feet... the whole shebang. Pricey, though, so bring deep pockets

I had my first Lush spa experience at the Liverpool store with Kirsty and Lisa. They are friendly, dedicated, and helpful throughout the session. Therapy rooms were comfortable, and in a perfect mood, and the massage was dreamy, peaceful. Already looking forward to coming back for another session. Thank you Liverpool Lush Spa team!

i visited lush spa for two treatments, a fresh facial and a snow fairy bath. i enjoyed them both so much, the attention to detail and beautiful atmosphere make for such a lovely, calming experience. i was quite nervous but the staff are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for you, i felt so welcomed and reassured. my skin after the facial felt incredible and the bath is such a unique and magical experience, both were definitely worth the price and i would highly recommend both of these treatments! the staff on the shop floor are absolutely lovely too! thank you 💕💕💕

At The Good Hour Spa at Lush Liverpool, I had the most unforgettable experience that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Her impeccable hand strokes and intuitive pressure worked wonders on melting away my knots, stress and tension. I couldn't have asked for a more skilled and attentive therapist. I've just spent a wonderful 75 minutes being treated to the absolute experience that is the 'Tales of Bath'. What a special, magical treatment! It is a sensory experience - the visuals, scents and sounds are carefully curated to tell the tale of a prince who sought the magic of faeries. I don't want to spoil it by going in to intricate details but the head and shoulder massage, bath and body massage experience was well thought out and the ultimate in relaxation. I could have fallen asleep during and following, it was that relaxing. Highly recommend.

I visited the Shampoo bar today, booked online which was really simple. Staff really friendly and helpful , even got started early. My hairdresser was attentive to what I wanted out of the appointment, really listened to my haircare needs and selected products for me with this in mind. The shampoo and condition itself was amazing, really comfortable beds and a deep and relaxing scalp massage during the shampoo. I opted to have the styling at the end, but you can use the equipment to self style if you prefer. I was very impressed and pleased with the finished styling, again this was down to the stylist listening to what I wanted. There was great attention to detail and I never felt rushed. An added bonus was getting to take my shampoo bar home with me! Thanks Lush Liverpool, this was a real treat! Just a shame I could not seem to leave this review under the Shampoo bar listing (but I expect that might be user error).

Incredible experience at Lush Liverpool yesterday. Would absolutely recommend the Comforter treatment, and a massive thank you to the lovely Claire. Shout out to the fantastic Dan for also hooking me and my friends up with hair and makeup after our Spa treatments. Molly and Sam were absolutely brilliant and lovely to chat to- I haven't felt this beautiful or pampered in ages. I think it's a great value for money if you want to treat yourself, and would absolutely recommend to all.

Attended with my 3 friends as we haven’t seen each other since before Covid. I along with one friend had the amazing comforter massage with Lisa and Claire. It felt amazing and my therapist Lisa was so calming and friendly. Dan was so welcoming, chatty and approachable. Dan suggested Hair and makeup to follow. He arranged it all and it was all sorted for after our massage. Jade did my makeup. She was so kind and kept my look very natural but made me feel glam and beautiful. Hair experience was phenomenal, Beth did my hair wash it was the best hair wash I’ve had and Nancy gave me the most beautiful curly waves. What a great experience, every staff member we came into contact with made us feel fabulous. Thank you.

U have to try the hard days night treatment in liverpool. My therapist Jack was amazing, professional, friendly and kind. The stretches were fantastic - the perfect treatment for my hectic lifestyle and helping to to loosen up from running and enjoy even more yoga type moves! Thank you to lush and liverpool caters centre for this treatment! I have to come back for this and try all the others now! ☺️

Best Lush in the UK and the biggest. Its jungle meet soaps. The 2 floors have an amazing selection of ever changing bath bombs, soaps, lotions, washes, and face masks with options to try throughout the store. There is a hair salon and message bar in store for a full experience with the products and even a section for slapping some jiggly soaps. Walk around for 5 minutes and leave smelling lush!
