Delicious fresh tasty chicken & beef burgers and Nando’s style chicken. Better than roosters. Freshly cooked to order, the team are friendly and service is good. I had the double peri chicken burger which had two massive chicken breasts, cheese and salad. Delicious. Very generous portion of fries. The meal deal is great value - not listed on the website - but you get fries and can of drink for £2 extra. Which for a double burger is £7.99. Big Shack looked good too - crunchy fried chicken and good beef patty in one bun. Tasty dipping sauces for the chips too. It’s walk in only orders for the moment. Peri peri chicken wings are tasty too - the Mexican sauce - with a little bit of heat was delicious. I’ve been waiting for this place to open and I have to say it’s been worth the wait.

This place used to be good, I recently had the grilled burger meal, and asked for hot, the chicken basically had no marinade or sauce on it, was a really dry burger which had no peri flavour, even though the meal cost £14, won't be returning

Great chicken burgers! Hot, crispy and tender. The cut of the onions and lettuce and amount of sauce is spot on as well, top marks. Hasn't got a dining area, just a sofa/bench to wait on so order ahead online if you want to eat right away. Fries were good but not exceptional, sweet potato chips were very good though. Usually a parking spot outside but it's on the road so no guarantees.

3.49 for 3 mozzarella sticks, 3.49 for fries, 9.49 for a spicy chikn sandwich, 1 for garlic sauce and 1 for perinnaise. Rare for food places in southampton to realise that the sauces are one of the most important parts of the meal. The perinnaise is a very nice sauce. 3.49 for a mere 3 sticks is VERY steep BUT at least I can say they are marginally better than normal sticks I may get elsewhere, a bit thicker with a nicer breading. Fries were crispier than what I get from other places, quite noticeably so. And now, the chikn burger. Very nicely done, quite minimalist in terms of ingredients but there's a reason for that and that's that they want to draw attention to the excellently seasoned chicken. I find it rare that places get the seasoning done so well, it was really good. This place is worth the money.

Love the lunch deal, good value with the chicken sandwich and the fries are tasty. The service was excellent and it was good value for a quick lunch. Clean location and well taken care of.

Best 'Chikn' in Southampton. Even though I live about a mile and a half away, I have to get this delivered after a long day at work, because it just is that good. Actually crispy and not greasy fried chicken, loads of chips, delicious dips and top notch burgers. Amazing value with the deliveroo promo (£7off when you spend £20) the meal you see before you cost £13!! Yet to try wings but can't wait to try them soon. Always hot and delicious. 100% recommended. Amazing place! Ive been eating here since few months, after the gym. And I love how quickly they prepare my order. The staff is very kind and always accommodating. Chicken is very flavorful. I totally recommend.

Clean and fresh! Took a bit longer than expected to get my order ready. However, i was generously compensated for this with free mozzarella sticks and jalapeño cheese poppers! I recommend the crispy chicken burger (a little spicer than expected), but delicious! I also recommend the sweet potato fries, jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks! I also loved the garlic mayo dip; fresh and balanced! Would order again in the future!

Absolutely love chickn shack! I feel really bad as I reviewed this place on Uber eats not realising that the rating was based on the store and not Uber eats delivery it’s self and only gave it a one star and there’s no way for me to change it!! Always so brilliant and their spicy fries are my absolute favourite 🤤 will definitely use them again but will only ever collect myself from now on.

I liked this place a lot , but unfortunately you can't eat here, is to take out only, so no bathroom here. however, the food is very good I recommend the chicken hamburguer and the chicken box with rice. The staff is very friendly, the food is good quality-price. i recommend here.
